I think it's fairly obvious how the club is being run Cheap/free buys and sell if a decent offer comes in. Very little ambition. It's all about surviving and being happy in mid table.

If they sums are right we probably have about £8m-£10m left for transfer fees and the rest going on signing on fees and wages. Can't get too much for that. /pessimistic

£5m is cheap in the sense we have been linked with better players but won't pay the going rate to get them so £5m for Gibson is the cheap alternative

I think you're wrong, if the player has talent and is young then we will. You have to look at the player as an asset. Just my opinion but it looks like we are doing everything on the cheap and nothing so far gives me any confidence in us spending more than £10m on anyone Expect Gibson and some more cheap signings to 'strengthen' the squad
