Last minute change and took HBA off the bench in favour of Townsend and made Suarez captain instead of Lukaku

Patsy I want to read more of the signs, but can't make any of them out on this tiny screen.

I like it tbh.

Then he takes credit for Hughton's team beating Liverpool ffs Complete pisstaker.

Ian W has a pop at people for having a go at Pardew's quotes and analysing what he says, but that one article just gives too much fucking ammo to ignore. This bit is killer. Just lie layered upon lie. 1. He hasn't set up teams to play attractive football. 2. We're rarely won on the "front foot". 3. We weren't carrying enough threat because you don't know how to set up a team. [/drunkrage]

Good betting weekend ahead IMO. Don't think there'll be many banana peels which slip up the favourites in the Premiership, anyway.
-
He injured again is he ? In Argentina for undisclosed personal reasons.

Captaincy this week is a bit of an Augustus Gloop in the Chocolate Factory situation. Lukaku, Sturridge, Suarez, Ramsey, Oscar, Michu? Laaawd.
-
Heard nowt other than on the game page, still left him in mine. Brady is apparently fit to play too so he will be first sub if Ozil doesnt make it just in case. Already? That's surprising. Thought he was gonna be out for quite a while.

Are your forum bookmarks categorised by poster, or by content? I imagine it begins something like this: Alan Smith - Criticising > Members [all posters] Alan Smith - Praise > Members None Amdy Faye - Praise > Members ... etc I'm deeply impressed just to be clear

This isn't going to aid games in the tropics where it'll be ridiculous temps/humidity either. Going to be slow games. Have to think that benefits the defensive-minded squads. And unfavourable to sides whose game isn't based on possession football. [/ = England will be slowly simmered into submission]

I think that price range is for full-on mugs who will buy every bit of plastic tat that is thrust under their nose. Anyone off here planning on going? For a World Cup in Brazil, I think I have to at least try tbh.

"Belgium, top of the pile" It was alphabetically arranged.

Also weirdly found myself caring. And even enjoyed it. No Terry or Ashley Cole helped
-
Bit Pardewish now - containing defensive style rather than trying to get the ball back/pressing.

Bashing I actually think Welbeck is very underrated on this forum. Also Smalling is playing out of position so his performance today should be taken with a pinch of salt. I like Welbeck, I find him a good player, but I'm still of the thought if England or any side is every going to win a World Cup they can't have a player like him starting up left. And Smalling for me is as average as you get. And I'm not saying Welbeck (or most of them, on paper) are good enough players to win a World Cup. But he's a good player and vital to this England side. I'd say he's vital to the squad, because when England play teams that are much better than them like Spain/Germany etc, they'll need Welbeck to do the dog's body work that he is so effective at - but he should not be a regular starter IMO.

Think Baines overtook Cole a while ago, myself.
