He finally gets sent off at St James' for a handball

Refs been fine, don't know what you're complaining about. The freekicks given for fouls they commit vs our players commit has been different. Check the tackle on Hayden which led to their last breakthrough.
-
Refs in this division hate giving fouls against us.

Mitro simply not attacking crosses. WTF, man.

This is true. Each time the camera cuts to a section of the crowd, it seems like a bunch of professors watching an academic conference. I've seen more cheering at cooking shows.

Shelvey's Hollywood passes are quickly becoming Bollywood passes. Cheap knockoffs which are still fun to watch.

We seem to have regained the losing mentality of the time we went down. No confidence whatsoever no matter who the opposition is.
-
Mitro never at the end of crosses

In the words of Souness, we need a door-opener.

Having his worst game for us ever as a RB. Unbelievably bad today, they keep targetting him

The money in that league is getting bigger. Its rapidly turning into prem div 2. Trickle-down economics. -

It's just crushing seeing the latest round of results and realizing how close we are to winning the title, but we let it slip. Thanks, Ashley / Carr. -
No doubt the Johnson camp will be spinning this as "just prison tough-talk" and an instance of someone trying to "blend in" with his surroundings. Could be, but still, wtf. What a crazy thing to brag about or say. I'm sure there are other ways to show you're "tough" in prison than that.

Huddersfield fan. Balls. The universe hates, has always hated, us.

What's this stuff with the ref?

I guess that's aimed at me, I was referring to his poor performances earlier in the season when he was dropped and another time when he was poor and supposedly injured but was on the bench. I don't think anybody is suggesting that he's been poor for every game and he hasn't been. I don't think we have another player who has cost us so many goals this season and I can only think of Colback who is more limited with the ball. I also don't think any of our other players hoofs the ball aimlessly up-field as much as or more than Lascelles. Darlow. Darlow has cost us almost as many goals.

It's becoming a witch-burning session, this thread. He did actually have a decent run in the side alongside Clark during our best runs this year, but he's also been poor and dropped many clangers. One doesn't negate the other.

Stephen Harper, glad you're putting your retirement from politics to good use by joining N-O. http://i.huffpost.com/gen/1924513/original.jpg

This is it, grumpy. Your finest hour as a poster by pulling up this splendid (but characteristically inaccurate and unrelated) cricketing anecdote. The world automatically slows down to the pace life should be lived at when test cricket enters the fray.

Sheer brilliance Love the Guardian hipster journo wearing an Owen Jones tshirt, the hair, beard... spot on Like everything else in this strip.

with nothing to base it on i'm tempted to agree with this like, we should have pushed on since that massive 7 points from 9 yet their arses have gone and literally everyone bar ritchie of those fit in the period has gone into hiding game in game out i hope he's brutal and ruthless the moment promotion is secured, would rather see bairns playing the last 1-2 games than most of these cunts If this is true and it happens, about fucking time we had a manager at the helm who held a lot of these shirkers to account and ran the club like a real, professional outfit.

Krul, Jelliot, Gouffran and then Darlow, tbh.
