Not our highest priority but I’d love to see us sign another quality CM of some kind to add some depth. One player that I really like from the few times I’ve seen him play is Isnael Saibari. I think he could be perfect for us. Having said that, I haven’t seen him tons tbh. So I don’t know too much about his his character or his consistency as a player. Iirc we have been linked with him before.

When do England play? Against who?

Of all the wingers we’ve been linked with Im not sure who I’d like the most. I think Akliouche is the one I like the most. Could be too pricey though, especially with PSG probably involved. Could also be one out of the blue obviously.

I’m hoping that VVD, TAA and grape eater MS all leave on a free. I think Salah and TAA are more likely to leave than stay. Might not be easy for them next season. Next season looks wide open in so many ways. Massive chance for others to take advantage.

I think the players will be even more hungry, confident, relaxed and ambitious now. Players united even more now and with the momentum from the win. No distractions of games other than PL. I’m feeling very optimistic regarding our ending of the season.

Just seen the interview with him in Swedish. No matter what happens (I don’t think he will want to leave) I have to say that I admire the way he conducts himself. Humble and professional and says that he enjoys his time at at the Toon incredibly well. Hypothetically speaking, even IF he wanted to leave I admire that he isn’t like many others who kind of just add fuel to the rumours. Don’t see him leaving!

I’ve said it before, I think it’s a lot about mentality when it comes to him. He lacks the focus and aggression at times. He doesn’t always seem 100% focused or on his toes and looks kind of too chill and slack at times. This game he was intense and aggressive and fully focused all game and it makes a massive difference. Incredible game from him. Hopefully he can do this more consistently.
