Personally i don't want Sissoko or Wijnaldum to be the distributor of the ball from deep. Wijnaldum i want more as box to box in a offensive role, and Sissoko isn't a player i'd like to have there spraying the ball around either as i don't think he'd be good enough at this. But who knows, it might work. Abeid (if he can perform like he did against City) would be ideal there.

I don't know much about him but from what i've seen and read about him he strikes me like a character that will have no problems performing on the biggest stage. Despite being only 20!! years old i can't see him look like a rabbit caught in the headlights. I think he'll be ice cool as fuck no matter what. That's a very good attribute to have, especially as a striker. I'm not expecting too much from him, but my gut feeling is good.

That is true in a way But at the same time there's been talk of ambition. And if we don't plug the holes that need to be filled then we haven't done what is required, not even near imo. Despite the few signings of potential quality.

Will be interesting to hear what "the word is" after we've signed Mitro and Mbemba. Will we be looking to strengthen even more? In what positions and what kind of quality. I fucking hope we will, if we don't we're doing the minimal required yet again...
