I must say I´m really really really disepointed in Howe, one of my favorit football person that exist. I just can´t recognize my team. We are playing scared of losing, we dont seems to have any stamina and our passing game is a joke. But worst of all, we dont seem to have any plan. Defend to our life and hit long? The thing that I always has admired with Howe is his determination to win, and never be afraid. but this season, thats the only thing the team seems to do. be scare of losing. Like I said. I´m som disapointed. What have we done all summer? He's been tactically naive and unable to react to the other coaches moves in all our games really. really worrying.

Think it really is to us. If we can play relaxed and with conficence, we win. if we get the occasion come to us, then it can end quite badly. i think it was good for our season to have that city game early. now we know what it takes to be number one.

yeah, in the beginnig he always found that pass or hit that shot. Now it always a slip up or ruched moment. though ok second half overall. but that really isn´t good enough for a player like him. needs to dominate.

I´m dissapointed. I´m glad that they also seems to be that. What makes me most dissapointed though is that we mentally dosen´t seems up for it in games like this. A lot of players, like Almerion dosen´t have it, to raise to the occasion. a learning curve I guess..

You cant sub him in games like this. Should have been moved to another position. Him with all the space instead of Wilson.. bad call.

Villa had no problem to find space between our lines. I´m a bit suprised we didnt seem to adjust that. But fair play to Villa, some really crips passing. For all the love, Burn really is the weak link. Upgrade there and we cooking!

Villa will be a really tuff test. But cant help to feel that the game last season at their place and the talk before this season are a little bit excessively. For this game though, the home advantage will be huge for us. Isak starts for me every time. And I really hope to see Barnes a lot too tonight. To boost Gordons confidence after a really good summer I would problably start him, aswell as Anderson. Hard work should pay off!

Top 5 (new top 4 with CL to place 5) is defenitley achievable. the "only" real thing that makes me unsure is CL itself

Not sure why Longstaff should be an automatic starter this year. He has barly played this pre season while other has and excelled. We have a bigger and better squad this year than that he should just walk right in.

Tbh I think Big Joe can get a hard time getting in to the team. I mean look at Miley(!) and the potential of Tonali (beside of Bruno etc). For all the running he does, Joelinton seems to struggle in possession and lost the ball quite a fair bit. Yes I know the steel he brings. but to be fair, do he has a place in our best line up? We seems to want to be more in controll of the ball this year and that not really his strength. Can he still be part of the first team and take us to the next level?

I think the new way to do it is to keep the prospects around. Players that get sent out on loan usually get sold later on. Better to drill them in your team with good coaching.

What a pointless game. We not even seems to play our usually game with young guns instead. paying for this

I watched him a few times last season and can´t say i´m that impressed with him. Really think we can find something better, and it´s looks like we thinks that too.

Let me rephrase it then. Like I said, you need skill. And the best teams have players that got that. But you need to be effective. I would say that football intelligence is way more important, and being effecitve. Maxi is none of that. And ya, he dosent really play anyway. I would take Barnes every day over Maxi. I´m sure Howe would do that too.
