fuck sake man calm down, every comment you've made in the past 5 mins has whinged on colo he is quality, but playing with mongs in a shit storm At least Colo is making himself available and showing for the ball. Where the fuck are Duff and geremi?
-
he decided he didn't fancy this much.
-
Our boys are breaking out the vaseline :bootyshake:
-
Don't give a shit about Owen tbh, never thought he would fancy this one.
-
Jonas warming up. What a fucking joke.
-
He would be if he was playing for City. I'm just comparing to our 'proper' midfielders who don't even seem to be on the pitch.
-
Colo sounds like the best midfielder so far, as City run, skip and pass all round our terrified lads
-
Midfield being dominated already with Geremi and Duff in hiding.
-
A back four with both Edgar and Taylor up against the likes of SWP, Robinho and Bellamy. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
-
God bless you dude. Hopefully your faith is rewarded. Only puny Bellamy upfront and no physical presence up top. We could have a chance here I reckon. The problem with putting Colo in midfield is it leaves Taylor up against Bellamy and Robhino. I fully expect him to get raped.
-
That midfield looks tragic.

Too right. He wouldn't have been bad for about half the fee and 40k/week, the deal he's on is just lunacy. No wonder no one else would touch him with a barge pole. -
Could be Colo playing in midfield?

Can't believe so many people think that he's a genuine transfer target. It's probably all a crock of shit. -
I'd play him ahead of Butt too, he was used there by Fergie. I'm still hopeful we'll sign M'Bia or Donadel in which case we wouldn't see either of them near a starting line up.
-
Depends what you mean by a top coach. We've hired big names before and it's gone tits up, there are only a few who you could guarantee would be successful and I'm not sure they'd come. Fatih Terim would have been a good choice but I doubt he'd last 6 months if he wasn't given a free hand.

Beye is crucial to our defence, he's not only a good right back but he's great at shoring up the centre backs as well. If Ebondo comes in and does well though he would keep his shirt I'd have thought. -
We are never going to shift the cunt on those wages. If he refused to move to Everton it's obvious the money is too good here to give up.

Source? It's in the Journal. Nothing definite either way yet but seems Ebondo is concerned that when Beye is fit, he'll be relegated to the bench. Obviously been talking to N'Zogbia while he's been here. -
Sunderland have the momentum going into this game after their win last night. A win against City would give us a massive boost, otherwise this game might have come a couple of weeks too early for us. At full strength we'd win IMO, but without Beye and Martins it's going to be a big ask.
-
It's what gives me some hope for next season if we stay up. Without so many unhappy and influential players around there might be a better spirit amongst the team.
-
Wow, that is an amazing statistic. Truly scary. As many have said, Oba is our most important outfield player right now. Is it true though? I know we beat Spurs without him, but did we really only win one match during his injuries this season and the ACN last year? It's the reason why so many of us continue to regard him as vital despite the critics insisting he lacks football intelligence. It's amazing how one of the few Newcastle players with the athleticism to cope at the top level is slagged off so often by some people.
-
I'm sure SJH mentioned him as a future manager in waiting and spoke very highly of him when Allardyce was sacked. Untested but he does have very good ideas about the way the game should be played.
-
He's not as daft as he seems if he managed to wriggle out of the Stoke business. Maybe he'll get off with giving Mackem Brown a phlegm shower against hull?
-
In which case, we could have easily just said something along the lines of, "Everyone has his price but City haven't matched it", in a similar way we did with Milner in the summer. To say he's not for sale is a pretty bold statement. we pulled the plug on the Dyer deal and that still went through. Once the 'loyalty' bonus business gets sorted it'll go through I reckon.
