These are the kinds of games that I feel Pardew often doesn't approach positively enough. We should be able to go out and impose ourselves on Norwich, take the game to them and pin them back and create lots of chances. Often we start these kinds of games in a very cagey fashion and allow teams more of the ball than we should and they then grow in confidence and end up taking the game to us. Hopefully we come out all guns blazing.

Yep, head and shoulders above all the other young lads we've blooded so far by the looks of things. I'm already comfortable with the idea of him being part of their instead squad and he should only improve over the next couple of years. Very complete central midfielder, no real glaring weaknesses to his game and is very composed on the ball. Has the chance to be a very good player.
