He's been proven right that Colback is a better option than Diame?

I mean, it's hardly an impressive statement to say that "some people on the internet are a bit mental". I don't agree with the "game has moved on from 4-4-2" line. Holier than thou nonsense iyam. As per usual, it doesn't have to be all bad or all good, but people love painting it that way on the Internet. Personally, I'm very happy with Rafa being our manager, and I'm more than convinced he'll get it right in the long run. However, in my opinion, his stubbornness with regards to tactics is proving to be a negative at this point in the season. I understand the limitations of the squad, but in my books that's not an excuse to never try anything other than his 4-4-1-1. It took him about 40 games to brave trying Diame in the central midfield. The complete lack of adventure is a concern to me, that's all.

Having looked at their wiki for 3 seconds, I see they've got an Asian sounding owner, so I've made my own assumptions based upon that.

Stuttering to a second place finish is unacceptable in my book like. I get that the main objective is promotion, but we've been very uninspiring and I think it's an important factor going forward. Having to repeatedly grind out victories against the likes of Wigan is not good enough, and it really doesn't bode well for the future. We look uninterested and it needs to change. And as mediocre as the squad may be, I still believe were performing less than the sum of our parts.

Another fantastic input from our fearless leader

Disgusting waste of potential is still at PSG right now... not everyone needs to follow the perfect path. None of you have signed for PSG. We let him go for free.

I was more referring to Deuce's original unnecessary bringing up of video replays. But whatever you say, ping pong.
-
I mean, robot referees I could get behind, but this isn't a "broader point", it's a shoehorned attempt at banging on about video replays again.

Down with this sort of thing. You see, Deuce, errors don't need corrected or reviewed immediately. They're there to be enjoyed. Cherished. Savoured. Had we not won, had that colossal fuck up resulted in a draw or loss, it would have been a victory for the human element - nay, all of humanity. The X factor of mankind, gorgeous and terrible and flawed as it is, it's that unpredictability that makes the sport truly great. That makes life worth living. And you want to take it away? Monster. .... but he saw exactly what happened, he just didn't know the rule. Or does he get a video review of the rule book?

Spurs selling Sissoko would in no way affect how much money we receive for him. The agreement is to receive the full amount of money over a given period. If they sell him, they would still have to pay us the rest of the money. It's a sad day when you're trolled by neesy.

is the silver lining that keith stroud is going to lose his job

Well apparently you're all ahead of my stream.

The Burton players even go to line up on the edge of the box again man

someone should definitely be allowed to punch the ref

Another player fouling would mean a retake too. "the player taking the penalty kick or a team-mate infringes the Laws of the Game: if the ball enters the goal, the kick is retaken"
-
again Indirect FK if wrong player deliberately takes the penalty (+ YC to player who took the kick) Indirect FK if ball kicked backwards If 'illegal' feinting occurs it is always an indirect FK (and YC to the kicker) That last one would be my guess... not that I've seen it. He didn't feint at all. No idea then. By the looks of the rules, if that was what they gave a free kick for, he should've been booked. So the only alternative is that they said someone else was going to take the pen, but Ritchie took it??? Even then, should've been a booking. http://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/lawsandrules/laws/football-11-11/law-14---the-penalty-kick
