Some level of emotion has returned given Rafa, and, well, actually winning a few games... but it'll never be the same as it was for me. Not sure if due to Ashley/Pardew or just a natural aging process where I'm less enamoured with a sport played by rich men with no tie to the city they represent.

his post history is pretty funny reading tbf http://www.newcastle-online.org/nufcforum/index.php?action=profile;area=showposts;u=12974

Well that's just woeful. And that's even before considering the fact that our manager's previous place of employment was Real Madrid. Fair enough. I guess I need to read every page within a thread before making a remark. My bad. Be class if there was some inbuilt way of referring to a previous post within the forum software like. That'd be a feature I'd pay big money for.

22 goals in 53 appearances according to Wiki. And I'm sure a lot of those appearances were off the bench. And he's clearly capable of more. If it wasn't for his injuries, I'd take him ahead of Kane every single time. But he's a cripple, so I'd take Kane for any club side, and Studger for England. And yes, I know he's a bellend.

it tastes like brown

Doesn't sound like he's retiring anyway: "I leave with many great memories as I embark on the next stage of my career and I’ll be making an announcement very soon. "

Maybe playing for fake Man City in a baseball stadium isn't as attractive as it sounds.

It's called the Checkatrade Trophy? Nice.

He's playing against dross every week. There's no way he should be considered for the England squad.

wew now this is run by the all powerful EFL, the FA cup sponsored by little chef doesn't get sullied like this.

I see Murray as a Shearer-esque striker. No one great physical/technical attribute, just happens to get goals. He could be a force in the PL given the chance IMO.

that's not a thing

Yes, it is a reference to something.

Same, they're beautifully written. In other news, can't believe Aaron Lennon is only 29 I feel like Aaron Lennon's age is a controversial subject every few years. He was playing in the premier league when he was 16 wasn't he? That's quite a while. Can you believe Wayne is 31? I can, because he was 16 fifteen years ago. Ed: slight adjustment

2-0 loss. Atsu to start, Mitro & Diame on the bench is my guess. Gayle & Perez.
