  1. You're coming over soon, soon. You know it, we know and your common sense will kick and drag you here I just want some consistency. I don't want to be one of the twat clubs that sacks their manager every 6 months, but the man is giving me very, very little to work with. Aye, i do agree but it's the state of the football. I can accept losing but not playing this long ball bollocks, i hate it more than anything else in football. Its a lazy clueless managers tactic, and that is just what we have. I don't really care about any 1 style of football, I care about the fact that we're playing awfully, and yet we continue to do the same things, expecting different results. No experimentation, no creativity. That piled on top of the quotes along the lines of becoming a stronger defensive unit, concentrating on tightening our belts etc, it's just the complete wrong mentality. You're not going to win games by spending 99% of your time concentrating on stifling the opposition, especially given the fact that we've never actually successfully stifled any fucker.

  3. The Premier League ladies and gentleman. The Premier League.
  4. Getting close to officially backing the Pardew Out movement, as that decision looks terrible. But once again, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and wait to see what we serve up Today.
  5. I need a smug, yet sad smiley face to use. Preferably with some animation.
  6. Le ten sport has the quotes confirming Shola will start
  7. Re Walcott and Ben Arfa, I'd basically put Cisse up front and let them two go mental in behind him.
  8. People are desperate to hang onto anything they hear. Whilst this'd be delightful, people should learn to maybe take these rumors with a pinch of salt, or were all gonna be on suicide watch when he signs for big money at.. QPR.
  9. Can't view as on phone. What does it say? Don't see what Jimmy Kebe has done wrong tbh.
  10. Players in the last 10 years who have scored 20+ goals a season, in consecutive seasons: Thierry Henry Ruud van Nistelrooy Carlos Tevez Players in the last 10 years who have scored 20+ goals a season, in multiple seasons: Thierry Henry Ruud van Nistelrooy Carlos Tevez Didier Drogba Wayne Rooney Either you rate Walcott too highly, or you think 20+ goals a season is a lot more achievable than it is. Is that in all comps No. Premier League. I'd agree that 20+ in all comps is achievable, especially with all the Europa League football he'd see.

  12. Walcott hasn't been messed around in terms of position. He's not good enough to play as a lone striker, lets be fair - at least not in a team that wants to challenge for major honours. Media seem to go on like he's Ian Wright or Lineker, which is how good you need to be to succeed as that kind of forward. Wenger had the right idea trying to develop his game. All the young players he signs start out wide, or deeper in midfield before he gives them the the crucial #10 or #9 positions in his team. In Arsenal's current position mind with their striking options it probably is the best option to play him there, but that's more an indicament of the position they are now as a club and a squad. Would take him in a shot, like. Just not good enough to be upfront in a SUPERCLUB.
  13. He's pretty tall for a dancy player. Like Cristiano Ronaldo I say. I know he's tall but I remember reading he was massively weak as piss. Well he's not a bull by any means. He's got plenty of talent, just still very raw. Could see him very easily wasting away on the bench at Stoke. He and Michael Kightly will become good friends.
  14. Brek is a proper working mans name, you wouldn't see many Brek's in GosFORRRRTH

  16. I hope this is a lie. He's a fancy pants skill player in the Cristiano Ronaldo mould. But a lot shitter, and not massively skilful.
  17. I can't believe those Walcott £100k pw rumours actually look like they're true. Fucking insane. Theo Walcott man.
  18. Yet no West Ham? Why watch a player you've already tabled a bid for? Would seem pretty pointless. If he has a shit game would they suddenly withdraw the offer? We seem to still be doing so? I don't see what harm it would do "continuing" to research a player that you're currently involved in negotiations over.
  19. Can always rely on the nut to find the silver lining. Everything's looking up.
  20. That's not what's happening. Other clubs have scouts with passports. Players' have agents who contact clubs about possible moves*. We aren't the only club who has heard of France. It's possible other clubs are waiting for us thrash out the cheapest deal possible and then making their move in the knowledge we are inflexible negotiators, but I doubt it. What NUFC have to do is accept that sometimes if you really want a player you have to fend off some competition by spending more than you wanted. Particularly when you are two points off relegation and have nowt else to offer but money. *iirc... HBA's agent was touting him around a few clubs before he signed for us. I can buy that with Remy, because he's a much more known player, but I don't buy that here for a second. Agents contacting clubs, I buy, but the clubs knowing anything about the players? I doubt it. Probably not much more than a 10 minute Dennis Wise, and a call to Sam's french mates after hearing of our interest.
