Best of luck to him if he does go to Blackburn/decide to move on. Do not have one bad word to say about him, he's always done a decent job whenever called upon - he really did give his all on every occasion and he did have a decent goalscoring record with us. He more than played his role last season and the season before that. Would have kept him on tbh.

Got to say, I'm actually quite disappointed/surprised that Beckham hasn't been selected for the GB squad. The man did play a major role in getting the Olympics to London so some sort of recognition would have been appropriate. Olympic Football isn't that competitive/intensive (from what I've seen anyway) so think Beckham would have been able to cope anyway. If the squad does resemble what was the last page, then I would be content with that.
