Immediate and justified lengthy ban surely I'd like to think so. Carlton Cole is more than likely off to the mackems anyway -

Well Giroud has been watched extensively by our scouts recently so we might end up signing him? -

There are direct quotes from his agent tbf. I know but in a French report, could be any kind of mis-report or inaccurate story. And as we see with our papers and news channels, they quote all sorts that turn out to be made up rubbish, i just think its too soon to over react. L'Equipe are absolutely nothing like our papers from what I've seen. Do you read them everyday and how much of a percentage of their stories are true ? Same as many of ours i would suspect. Quite a large percent. Bollocks I'd certainly trust L'Equipe more than our press. -

Defenders are priority anyway. Indeed. Guess we can use the quoted £6/7 million that would have been used to sign Maiga to sign a canny defender (maybe even another one as well who would purely be signed as cover, ie. in the Ridgewell category). -

Unlikely, there was a bit of snow this morning but it hasn't settled (unless there's a massive blizzard due tonight). EDIT: ah just seen that the forecast is no snow for tonight. -
Hopefully, if we see Smith however

http://fourfourtwo.com/blogs/statszone/archive/2011/12/16/liverpool-defend-smart-newcastle-face-different-challenge-amp-rio-fills-vidic-void.aspx Well guess that's somewhat reassuring. -
Rooney's against us at Old Trafford (2004/05, the game when Ambrose scored) was great tbf.

8 points out of a possible 21 for me too

Yep. The club and Cattermole are a perfect match for each other.

Looked at the BBC website, looks like Rodgers rotates Dyer and Routledge. Either way, both are threats because of their pace. -

Thought they played a 4-3-3 type formation? Haven't been paying close attention to Swansea really. -

Fan-f***ing-tastic I'm hopeful that we'll see a pretty much full strength team for the WBA game then. So I would have to go with this tomorrow: Krul Raylor Simpson Perch Santon Ben Arfa Cabaye Abeid Jonas Best Ba I'm putting Santon at LB to try and nullify the threat from Routledge. -
I've got both Cabaye and Ben Arfa
