Agreed, it's the middle of July now and time does fly by. I'd be quite worried if we don't have a new striker in before the Arsenal game. If you look at it though, there's only really Sunderland, Norwich & Man Utd who've signed as many or more first-team players this summer than we have. Indeed, but I'd still like to draw attention to my second sentence. I would like at least another striker in before the derby at the very latest, it would put me at ease come the start of the season.

Aye Well I was wrong. But having looked into this whole visa issue, apparently the ESTA lasts for two years? If that's so, shouldn't be a problem with Barton getting a visa - business/pleasure reasons. (I could be talking a load of bollocks though, was looking through the regulations at 3am this morning).
