I'll go with that.

To be honest there's no way a few hundred people or even a thousand not turning up will send a message to Fat Fred. The only way to get our voices heard is to stand outside the ground pre and post match calling for Fat Fred's head, you can bet if we do that then television and radio will report it and our voice will be heard.

I'm not talking long-term. Just until we can buy a decent left back in January.
-
He's shown he's a genuis. I guess only time will tell as to see whether he can turn it around.
-
I'm definetly up for a protest to get him out. I was thinking pre and post match on Wednesday with Fat Fred out chants in the ground. Is anyone up for making some banners?

Sven. While he may bring controversy he has proved himself to be a succesful manager.
-
Ramage is not a left back, at left back he is a poor defender and useless going forward. Duff is the one who should be playing left back, he showed on Thursday he can do a job there and while you may question him defensively he gives N'Zogbia great support down the left flank. Thoughts?

To be honest I'd give an arm and a leg to go back to the days of the cavilier Keegan and lack of discipline Robson.
-
One of the papers also say us and Liverpool will battle it out for Lucas Neill.
-
While today was poor we have Middlesborough, Charlton and Sheffield United in our next 3 games, if we can win atleast 2 of them then I'm fine with Roeder carrying on as I truly believe he'll come good in the end.
-
I too believe he needs the full season.

Viana was rubbish here. Never settled and never palyed that well.
-
Shocking were even talking about managers when we have one.
-
It would be funny if he'd signed for any club other than Newcastle.
-
Viduka is so much worse compared to Hasselbank who we could have got on a free.

I'll be so annoyed if Luque plays today. I'd rather we played 4-5-1 than 4-4-2 with Luque.

Is the hitzfeldforthetoon website still up?

I think we should cut our losses on Luque. The guy has no pace which makes it hard for him to play on the wing. He is as fragile as anything, I mean he's played 1 game this season and already he's injured. I'll admit his goal against Lillestrom was good but throughout the game he jogged around, didn't ever pressure the Lillestrom defenders and never looked like getting in behind them. I mean I've seen people using his goal against Sunderland as an arguement for him but if people remember the ball bounced over the Sunderland playters head to get him, it's not like he made a deceptive run or anything. Also while the finish was well taken he never really accelerated away from the defender, in fact the defender had caught him up again by the time he struck the ball. I just don't think he doesn't have any really great qualitities, he's not got any pace, he's not paticularly good in the air, he doesn't have a high workrate and when he runs at people he doesn't make you think "Wow, he could dribble it past 3 defenders here". I will give him that he is a good finisher, I just don't believe he has the neccesary skills to create enougfh chances for himself.

Hate to say it...but well done Fat Fred.

http://home.skysports.com/transferarticle.aspx?hlid=405065 Tresor Lomana Lua Lua has revealed he will look to leave Portsmouth this summer, blaming the club's board for making a stay on the South Coast 'impossible'. The former Newcastle forward turned down a new contract from Pompey on Friday, claiming the offer was some way short of matching his expectations. Now Lua Lua has lifted the lid on his discontent at Fratton Park, revealing that he is expecting to leave the Premiership side after falling out with the Pompey hierarchy. Indeed the striker has laid the blame for the rupture in relations firmly at the feet of the club's board, insisting they are forcing him out of the club. "The board have made it impossible for me to stay," Lua Lua told The News of the World. "They alone are responsible for this situation. "I came here four years ago from Newcastle in difficult circumstances and played my part in keeping us from relegation but it looks as if it's all over now and it's not my fault. "I want the fans to know how much their support has meant to me. "They have been amazing and that's what makes it so tough but my family must come first." Lua Lua has just a year left on his current deal and will now consider his future based on what offers are tabled. The DR Congo international has attracted interest from both West Ham and Manchester City and, with Nicolas Anelka in the frame to replace him at Fratton Park, has urged Pompey to sell him immediately. "There's interest because my agent has told me so," Lua Lua added. "I've a year left on my deal but I'm not looking to stay and get a free. "The club will have to do what they have to do - take the cash and sell me on. "There's no other solution." Would anyone here take him back?

Nice win by the boys. I thought we were fucked when it went to penalties.

We won the 2nd game against Middlesbrough 3-1. Beardsley has scored 4 goals so far in the competition.
