    P Ramage or is it?

Doesn't have a digi cam apparently, that's convenient, lol.
  2. I don't really have on at the moment. Forbyears my favourite plasyers were Robert and Shearer. I suppose my current favourites are Zog, Parker and Given.

    Our big problem

As I feel was highlighted again last night our problem is set pieces. We have a team of fucking midgets and there is no way we can match teams like Watford in the air. We must buy some taller midfielders and defenders, especially seen as our usual goalkeeper Given never comes for crosses.
  4. Need a radio link. Century are playing music.
  5. Errors of the past will only be repeated unless we get rid of the Fat one.
  6. You actually think Luque would succeed against Sheffield united? Luque is one of the laziest players I've ever seen and has the heart of an ant. Not exactly the sort of player you want playing against Sheffield united who'll get stuck in.
  7. would roeder still be mulling if he should go for kuyt? Do you actually think Roeder was actually deciding whether to make a bid? I think Roeder knew the score from the start in that Liverpool were interested and they were Kuyt's prefered destination.
  8. Go back to 4-4-2 with Rossi and Sibbers up front, Milner on the right, Parker and the Zog in the centre and Duff on the left, then the same back 4 as tonight.
  9. Was shit apart from scoring the goal.

    Squad for Palermo

at Luque starting. Fucking lazy twat.

    Squad for Palermo

Luque is in the squad. The team that has flown out is: Harper, Krul, Forster, Given, Taylor, Moore, Bramble, Ramage, Huntington, Bernard, Solano, Emre, N'Zogbia, Butt, Milner, Troisi, Pattison, O'Brien, Luque, Rossi, Sibierski, Carroll. Obviously Rossi is ineligible and Given won't play but other than that pretty much everyone else is available.
  12. Parker, Carr, Babayaro and Duff haven't travelled to Palermo, nor have Martins, Dyer and Amoebi. I also see Forster, Huntington, Troisi, Pattison, O'Brien and Carroll have all been included in the squad lets hope atleast one of them gets put on for a bit.

    Reserves Vs Blackburn

Would rather rather play Finnigan, Troisi or Carroll than Luque on Thursday.

    Reserves Vs Blackburn

Can see Luque being shown the door in January.

    Reserves Vs Blackburn

Heard Carroll got another goal. Did he play well?

    Kevin Davies

Davies > Sibierski Much better football player.
  17. Finished at Newcastle. Doesn't have the legs for 90 mins anymore and his expertise is his delivery of crosses, which at the moment is no use as our tallest attacking player is about 5"11. Milner is much more useful these days.
  18. If I work for Sky, I bet I could produce a clip that showed a reverse of that situation.

    Is Luque that bad ???

To answer the question posed in the thread title. Yes, he is that bad.
  20. Not acceptable but how can a manager be judged on 6 games. Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't David Moyes's Everton bottom around this time last year, he managed to turn things round when given the chance. If we are still aorund the bottom 3 in mid-Feburary then that is the time to hit the panic button.
  21. No Problem Mate Don't know if you were at the game or where you where were seated so I don't know if you were able to see Roeder or Pearson but from watching on Sky I saw one occasion where Roeder and pearson were in discussion, so I would think they would have been discussing tactics, also obviously Sky don't show too much of the sidelines so it is impossible for me to know just how much discussion between the two went on.
  22. I'll sgree with you on the Mlner piont should have been brought on earlier. However I'll say with the midfield it's pretty obvious Parker slightly damaged his knee early in the game and because of the lack of depth on the bench Roeder was forced to make Parker the holding midfield player and make Butt attempt to play Parker's role. As for Taylor/Carr I didn't think Carr played that bad today and Taylor looked slighly uncertain at RB on Wednesday. He could have brought on Milner for Parker if needed. Can you remember a game when Milner has SUCCESSFULLY been deployed at a central midfielder? He is a winger not a central midfielder. He has played many good games at CM for England. He is an attacking midfielder, he could play well anywhere across the midfield IMO and it is another option if Parker was struggling too much to have any influence on the game. On the contrary I think Parker had a lot of influence on the game, did a solid job as a DM and you could see he was encouraging the other players to keep trying when things weren't coming off fo0r him. Also these are good games are for England. He has been played in centre midfield with Newcastle and has looked slighly lose and rather ineffective tbh.
  23. First off which part of "Not making any comparison" did you not understand? Second off what makes you assume that Roeder was not giving the instructions to Pearson?

  25. Not making any comparison but you often see Pat Rice giving the instructions to the Arsenal team and I've seen Carlos Quieroz giving instructions the Man. United tema before. To me this is just another cheap attempt to stick the boot in on Roeder.
