Sorry to stop you on your second sentence, but this is a simple untruth. An advertising hoarding is not a business. Anything that gets headlines is good for Ashley. Unless it damages Sport Direct directly. You shouldn't have stopped him, Ashley will not want to have to put money into the club so does run it as a business and will not want to see our income drop by being relegated.

The noises coming out of the club are to try and keep a lid on a fans revolt, they are basically saying don't do anything because it will make no difference. In reality it will make a difference and they know it, even if they will not admit it. We'll make his position untenable then it's only a matter of how he goes and when he goes, we have to keep the pressure on.

Our players need a massive lift and they'll not get that from Pardew, his position is untenable and I don't think he'll see out the month.
