I'm pissed off with our club and it's lack of ambition, is that OK?

What kind of error? Anyway, it's probably because of the euro symbol. Too many characters, something about being over 80 of them.
-
Why did the thread title throw up an error when I tried to reply to a post?
-
We have nothing to play for, that makes watching our better players even more important.
-
What if his replacement isn't as good as he is?
-
I don't know if it benefits him or not although it has been suggested that he may financially benefit from player sales, he's still putting the players name about as possibly being available. He's almost inviting bids for Cabaye.
-
"Pardew dodges question on Cabaye's future" is meaningless. How is that him being unable to win?
-
What else could "Once we've had the benefit of a good player for a few seasons we entertain bidders and look to maximise our profit margin" mean?
-
Your version of reality? You can get 10 different people watching 10 different events totally unrelated to football ant they'll all see it in a different way.
-
We're being told by some in this thread that Pardew isn't trying to sell the player, your last paragraph suggests that he might be.
-
Christ, do you expect everybody to hold the same opinion that you hold?
-

You would think the manager might try to do something about it if it was happening so often instead of always reacting to a regular event.
-
He can refuse to answer, he makes a choice not to and that's down to him. If his words are turned around I'm sure Wendy Taylor will be happy to do something about it.
-
I wouldn't criticise him for it, he was burned with Carroll and that would have had me saying nothing.
-
He doesn't have to say "No comment," he can simply say that he's not willing to talk about players coming or going until contracts are signed.
-
I had forgotten how cosy our relationship is with the media and how we strive to retain a good working relationship with them.
-
Good point, we all know his family will be stoned to death if he refuses to answer a question from a journalist.
-
What's the difference between incomings and outgoings? The answer is no difference and the results will be the same if he refuses to talk about them.
-
I've not know a Newcastle manager to have to field so many questions about our players leaving since the Carroll nonsense. Whether that be Jose, Barton, Ba, Tiote, Coloccini, Yohan... I don't think it's because Pardew wants to talk about it particularly, it's just the first lazy question every journalist asks when players are doing well, or in the case of Colo, rumours of a juicy story just won't die. He fields so many questions because he's happy to give an answer. Wenger was asked about transfers yesterday and refused to answer, that was the end of it.
-
I can't remember any manager here being so willing to talk about our players leaving, I'm not bothered what other managers do at other clubs do.
-
That doesn't count though, it only counts when it's Ben Arfa.
-
You make it sound as if Sissoko always scores.

I feel exactly the same way and have done so for the last couple of years.
