You can offend people at anytime without meaning it so I don't see why not in this instance.
-
What has happened is probably a joke between friends which wasn't intended as racism, one of those on the receiving end has said as much. Why should white people be offended if somebody on the receiving end isn't? Get a grip.

He's singled Anita out for being black but he hasn't used his colour against him. Different people have different definitions for racism. Like I said, it's a mess.

Taylor is a tool for bringing this on himself, and the club by association, he must be as thick as pig shit. Is he a racist? That will depend on what people class as being a racist or racism. I think it's at least bordering on racism because he's singled a black player out for his colour but I doubt that he's realised what he was doing. I don't know for sure where I stand on this, should friends not be able to take the piss out of each other? I think they should but why would anybody think colour is a reason to take the piss and has he even done that? I wouldn't think my black mates were being racist if they tweeted a picture of a white person and said it was me but that's easy for me to say as I've never had my colour used against me as far as I'm aware. It's a mess.

I was half way between the Civic Centre and St Thomas Church and I could see people climbing up drain pipes and onto the roofs of buildings at St Mary's Place. I felt uneasy just watching them and like you say, people were up the trees, lamp-posts, bus stops and on top of that statue or whatever it is next to the Church.

It's not a crap excuse when it's true, I was watching him against Hull and nobody moved when he had the ball. It was as if they were expecting him to do everything on his own. Our movement has been better recently, he hasn't been in the team to benefit from it though.

I had to delay a holiday by 2 weeks so that I could go to the Civic Centre, I lost half of what most would class as a holiday of a lifetime and it was worth it. That season and that night was a 1 off and those too young to have appreciated it have really missed out. I'll always have a soft spot for Keegan because what he did here as player and manager, he was almost matched by Sir Bobby but not quite.
-
Is that him or his sister?
-
Are you trying to say that we don't have a lack of movement from our players when Ben Arfa has the ball.
-
No problem, anything to remove the possibility of doubt.

Mate, don't rise to it. Some of us can see that you're speaking out for those of us intelligent enough to see that there's an unrepresented middle ground. Pardew might not be the answer (let's be honest, he probably isn't!), but sometimes and especially on here it gets a bit messy, emotions run a bit high and facts are embellished, or hatred turns into fabricated "facts" ending with people criticising him ever so slightly more than he probably deserves to be. I read it and looked twice to see who had posted it.

I wonder why Mike Ashley wastes money himself on TV advertising, etc. The free stuff's doing him no good though. Oh dear. So advertising on TV is the same as doing what he's done at SJP. Eh? It's the same thing.
-
In what way? I'm not sure what difference it would make anyway as both are looking to retain and boost a customer base.
-
It's more effective when you pay for it, obviously.
-
I wonder why Chevrolet wasted $559 million sponsoring Man U?
-
£200 million gets you two Gareth Bales. The negative publicity for Ashley is only negative to us, most people don't give a shit about it.
-
Why would we have plastered the advertising around the pitch with foreign SD adverts during European games if he had nothing to gain? Why would the club spend money advertising SD at all if it wasn't for gain?
-
I don't know how typical I am but I had never heard of Sports Direct until Ashley bought the club.
-
this subjest needs more discussion tbh It doesn't, it's bollocks.
-
We didn't play well against the mackems you stupid bastard.
-
I'm over the moon for him, he thoroughly deserves all of the plaudits he's going to get.

I know the 2nd half was backs to the walls but it's good to see that we can defend when we have to. I've seen us loads of times when we couldn't and have paid the price for it. Now that I can relax, I think we were brilliant for 95 minutes although the 2nd half was worrying at times.
