Talking about City in isolation i honestly do believe the reason City won like they did was because of the fullback situation... Never seen Silva and Nasri have so much fun all season and honestly i don't believe it would have been anywhere near as easy if Debuchy and Santon were fit. The squad we started this season with was good enough to challenge for CL places, we've massively upgraded in January and we're now ready to challenge for top 10 next season.

Does that mean the horrendous injury record we have & have had throughout the season didn't happen? Pretty irrelevant but the squad - until January - wasn't fit for purpose. This will probably not go down well with some but I think he'll have a better points per game ratio than we've got under Pardew in all games if you award 3 for a win and 1 for a draw, if not in the league. Edit, He hasn't, I've just checked. The mackem had got 1.26 for all games and 1.18 in the league, Pardew has got 1.39 for all games and 1.37 in the league which is 7 points better off over a season.

I disagree with that, 10 games into the season and most managers will be in place at other clubs and 10 games into the season and any new manager will have lost the chance of working with the players in pre-season. I would like to see him go now but in reality, the best time to get rid of him will be once the season is over, as long as we are still picking up points this season.

He would cost millions, he'd more than likely pay for it through a higher league position.
