So would I, I've just voted.

    Alan Pardew

Lee left during the season, Dinnis finished the season as caretaker.

    Alan Pardew

The history books will show that Richard Dinnis took us to that finish.

I meant the same as Jonny, it could be worse than Pardew.

    Alan Pardew

It could be worse, it could also be better.

Keeping Lovenkrands on the pitch was stupid, he wasn't doing anything as a forward and isn't a winger.

No, Jonas is a winger who can change positions anyway and often goes on the right side during games.

Starting Ferguson on the left would have meant Jonas, a right footer playing on the right, hardly a square peg in a round hole.

He's the manager, he has to take the blame for transfers in and out. He didn't tell Carroll that he couldn't go to Liverpool, he told him to put his request in writing.

I agree to a certain extent but the reason Pardew gets the blame is because he has input into every performance, sometimes positive and sometimes negative. I'd like to think that those above him don't. I can't stand Pardew as a person; I think he's the most unlikeable manager we've had since Souness.

I can't argue with that. Being spineless is usually a fairly major weakness in a manager in any business.

He was an upgrade for the bloke he replaced, he's supposed to be doing better then he is doing because he's on a par with Hughton. I don't know how people can claim Pardew is doing well when they complained about the last manager who did no worse.

    Alan Pardew

He's spineless if that's the case.

What make you think he hasn't a choice?
  16. Mick

    Alan Pardew

What did he do to stop it then?

We let our best back up to Barton go out on loan without replacing him, that's madness and Pardew played a part in it so he'll get stick for it. He's the manager and it’s his job to make sure were capable of fielding a team who can compete to the best of his and their ability. You seem to think that he’s virtually immune from criticism and that's up to you.

    Alan Pardew

Pity he hadn't said no if that was the case.

Excellent, we can add that to the £35 million.

    Alan Pardew

He let it happen, why didn't he wait to see if he could replace him first?

    Alan Pardew

As you've highlighted "his" I take it you think it had nothing to do with him?
