Do you really think 3 points against Liverpool will make any difference? Ashley was given stick for the Gallowgate roof, this is a lot worse than that and I think he'd still get serious stick regardless of the result. My guess is that Jol resigning is tied in with the Hughton sacking, I'm not convinced that we've made an approach. I just think he fancies the job and this is way of saying “Come and get me.”
