I say its the endless running with his head down until he runs into a defender loses posession and the whole team gets caught on the counter. I doubt a player who lets the PFA act as their agent is a particularly greedy one. He was still happy to sign a 4 year contract which he wasn't happy with 12 months later, if he didn't like it then he shouldn't have signed it in the first place.
