  1. Ah the old "I'm special" argument.
  2. Awful performance? Away to a good side who we drew against and were the better side? Are you new to football?
  3. It's a joke that we had to play actual Liverpool.
  4. If anything Barnes has refused that cutback and keeps playing in Tino.
  5. Tonali been our worst player Isak invisible. Willock for Gordon and let Gordon play in that space.

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

So weird I was watching MOTD and thinking someone is getting a player. I feel like he's flaky though. I think the no dickhead rule isn't about players being shithouses on the pitch. Otherwise our whole squad fails that rule.

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

Yeah i think some people misunderstand the viewpoints of the likes of Keane and Souness when they always refer to "character" and "body language" etc. It's because while both were excellent players in their own right, the reason why they were successful was because of an unbelievable drive that they both had. When talking about Newcastle, I'd not pay any attention to Souness/Keane, when talking about the tactical nuances of the modern game, id not pay attention to Souness/Keane but when it comes to body language, attitude, professionalism, standards, leadership the pair of them are about as informed as it gets. So in reference to Rashford, they'd be absolutely spot on. His attitude, his body language, his behaviour is horrific. I've heard a few people say "how come he gets shit for going to the boxing, but not others" but those people are entirely missing the point. He's absolutely allowed to go to the boxing but when a player has a reputation for missing training, reporting late for matches, indifferent form and caring more about his social media reputation, it doesn't help going to the front row of the boxing after getting another "injury" for his loan club, especially when there are rumours of him wanting to be available for England, over the side actually paying his wages. When a club like Newcastle had someone like Micheal Owen, you'd think we'd have more experiance of these kind of nobheads. Rashford is a footballing virus.
  8. If ever you find yourself getting worried about Man United somehow finding themselves back at the top of English football, remind yourself that history shows that sustained success rarely finds clubs with shit owners. Yes they could spend enough to get back into CL places etc and win the odd trophy but the reality is that Ratcliffe and the glazers ego will get in the way eventually. He's already shown a willingness to asset strip, as well as hire and fire directors on a whim. It never works. It's like MA on steroids. They are being run by a dictatorship. A floppy haired, tory cunt, dictatorship at that. If Man United ever get a proper take over, then we should all worry because obviously the potential for them is astronomical but for now they have shite owners, shite players, a stadium falling apart, disjointed leadership... they might tell themselves that winning a Europa league means that they are "back" but they aren't. It's no surprise to me that their fans are trying to get behind Amorim, because he's about the only likeable, progressive thing about their club right now and even then he's relatively unproven at this level.

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

For example, ive suggested Madueke a few times but I wouldn't want Madueke at Mbuemos price (60m), I'd want Madueke for 15m lower than that. The whole point in suggesting it is because i think Chelsea are mental. They'd happily take 45m pure profit for Madueke and sign 4 RWs to replace him. Most other clubs just don't operate the way they do. I'm really hopeful that we are going to big shark someone before the PSR deadline, it's just hard to work out exactly who is vulnerable or who is available. I feel like this could throw up some bizarre scenarios. Could we convince someone to take a player off us like Forest did with Vlach?

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

While I understand the desire for "clever" business, I'm more concerned that we do good business. I want good players, whatever it takes to get them. Mind, it can't be helped to look at the 70m Brentford would likely want for Mbuemo and think that Bournemouth signed Kluivert (similarish profile) for 13m or look at Huijsen for 50m, when the same club signed him for 15m or whatever. I just think we have to be careful in being distracted by bargain signings, which carry more risk. Id like the RW and CB positions to be proven, as much as proven can be, beyond that I'd like us to be "clever".
  11. It's not guilty until proven innocent you cunts.
  12. "Sadly we can't see any reason to rule it out". Games fucked.
  13. Arsenal player handballs it. Should be a pen.
  14. And I bet Joey has a sound solution to help people re-realign their teeth for them.
  15. Didn't seem particularly nailed on when Wolves hit the post and missed a sitter.
  16. This is outrageous. Wolves are very good.
  17. Wolves have been in this so far.
  18. City's fans have been protesting by not making any noise for the past 15 years too.
  19. What game you watching? Wolves have started well.
  20. Yeah i thought this was at Wolves. City win but fingers crossed.

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

Rashfords attitude has been highlighted by several managers. Even at Villa he's getting bad press for his perceived behaviour. We want absolutely nowt to do with that. This isnt an onfield hot head like Cunha who delivers on the pitch. Rashford has persistently let his side down and shown a lack of willingness to step up to the plate or showing a lack of respect to his clubs. He's got loads of talent but no thanks.

    NUFC Transfer Rumours

I honestly think someone like Man United could have PSR issues, or at the very least, might need to sell in order to raise funds for the likes of Cunha. Remember the "willing to sell anyone" craic in January from them? I know its not the position we need but I'd test their resolve with Mainoo. Imagine the player Howe could turn him into and Man United would consider it pure profit. More than anything else I just want to see their outrage. There's alot of clubs out there that I just can't see needing to sell. Alot of talk about Bournemouth but surely offloading Huijsen/Kerkez would be enough for them? West Ham? Maybe they've run the Rice sale dry. Where's the league table of wages? That will surely be a large indicator?
