Even if we had Isak, Wood would be starting. It's the league Cup against Tranmere.
-
Will always be a bit of a legend. Injured or not, his career is over at NUFC. If I was him I'd be looking for a "Leicester" type move. He's still a comfortable PL keeper.
-
He's still not fit from last injury.
-
Of course he's ill. ?
-
Must be on his way. This is why we didn't let Darlow leave.
-
The fact he's 6ft4, quick and skillfull means he's a cert IMO. In one way or another he's going to cause havoc.
-
Reckon he will fly back with Nickson and Ashworth? Preferably handcuffed?
-
Reet Plane nonces, the time is upon you. Do your stuff.
-
Why do people always add one on? It's like "if we get isak and Pedro I will be very happy...... and Paqueta". We always just want one more.
-
Just a smidge.

60m quid is the going rate for a top rated young striker. Eddie Howe+ mega potential = fun times.
-
23 hours ago I made this post. I may have got the time wrong, but I got the strategy correct and the player and the fee Someone hoy it into the Isak thread and into the hall of fame for that matter.
-
To the Villa forum batman.
-
Smart from Everton. Can't see either wanting to go there on a permanent.
-
What fee would make you think about selling him?
-
This is what having a good manager does. Everyone's stock has risen. We will get bids for quite a few of our squad players.
-
Was injured pre season which means he's gone to the back of the queue.
-
Have a look around league mate. Right now his stock is higher than Ismaila Sarr, who's going for around 27. Everton are desperate. Remember Leicester signed Perez for 30 and that was in a much more stable market than now.
-
We should noone go cheap. There will be desperate bidders.
-
You have to get rid of the "he's playing alright now" mindset. I love Miggy as much as anyone but if Everton come hoying 30m for him, you sell him. Literally six months ago anyone on here would have snapped their hands off for 15m. If you are have your recruitment organised, you either find a loan deal to see us through until January or you push through a deal for a long term target like Maddison. It wasn't long ago Miggy was being kept out by Fraser and Murphy.
-
Sorry, I think I've been misunderstood. I'm not saying either would get injured. I'm saying if he plays either vs Tranmere, I can't see them playing 3 games in 7 days. Also have Liverpool following midweek.
-
We will start either Botman or Targett and they will miss the Wolves game IMO
-
Hypothetically, would you rather pay 30/35m for a Broja loan/obligation now or keep our powder dry somewhat and sign an Isak next summer for 55/60m? I'm asking this question because I believe this is exactly what we are doing.

They aren't a million miles from each other. Neither are traditional number 9s.
