Stoke seem to be on the slide, West Ham owners have already been looking for Slavans replacement and Leicester have a huge call to make. All three of them are vulnerable to being dragged into a scrap. I think we all agree Everton are the dividing line in this league.

What a load of shite man. Look way how well some promoted teams have done recently; Watford, Bournemouth, Burnley for example. If we manage one half decent season next year, avoiding a relegation scrap, we can build from there.

The Sunderland job is about as tough a job as you could get. Fairly big expectations, nee money, nee players. I think Monk would be daft to leave a bigger club with a new owner for Sunderland. Far more likely that Watford or Palace have sounded him out.

I like Andre Grays attitude, he seems to have a confidence (arrogance) to his game. It's something thats very much needed at SJP. Once he gets a couple of goals he could fly. He's got pace too, which is vital to us this season.

They love him almost as much as we love Shearer and who can blame them? He's won everything there is to win with them and been consistently one of the best centre halfs in the world for 15 years. If he was Newcastle player, I'd probably overlook his personality flaws too.

The fact that Barkley is playing hard ball with Everton suggests very much that a bigger club are in for him. Man Utd I reckon.

Going unbeaten in any league is a big achievement. Sunderland would go unbeaten up there man. Well no but... They have premiership standard players playing in, what, league one standard? They should be winning every game. The fact it's a shit league doesn't mean what Celtic have done isn't a big achievement. By your logic they should go unbeaten all the time and that obviously hasn't happened before... It's an achievement and of course they should be happy but it's not impressive. Like someone said, all they had to do was try hard in every game and it was a formality.
