The time wasting in the 1st half when its 0-0 was an absolute joke, i was waiting for Bolton to goto the corner flag whenever they got a corner. Newcastle didnt have any shots on target because they were all blocked, shooting through 4 players is hard enough never mind shooting through 10. We had something like 12 blocked shots.

I hope they pip Liverpool to 4th tbh, Rafa would get sacked and then hopefully those Americans will gamble on someone like Klinsmann and the top 4 will become the top 3 with 4th spot up for grabs and Liverpool will lose out on the CHL £££££ which they desperately need, im sure Pool will try to find a loop hole like last time.

Yesterday at 1 point Bolton had 7 men in their backline even thou the ball was only midway in their half. Alot of people saud the same when we signed Owen, Duff and Martins. I agree the are not easy targets but don't tryand tell me Bentley is "out of our range". I was surprised we got Owen but the 3 players you mention were all surplus to requirements at their clubs which is the only reason we got them. People still said we have no chance etc. We have alot to offer players like them. I reckon Bentley would jump at the chance to join us. I think he would as well

I fucking hate Andy Gray, everything that comes out of his mouth is shite. He seems to think that a KK side of 95-96 would get ripped apart by teams like Portsmouth or Blackburn.

Also why would Manu want him for £26m, i know you need a big squad when playing in Europe aswell as the other cups but surely spending £26m on a player who will most likely warm the bench is a bit of a waste. Manu have Saha on the bench so they would need to ship him out first. IMO Manu should be looking for a RB and perhaps another LB before a striker

Yea i agree, problem is some people on this board dont care about things like that, they dont like Owen so it doesnt matter if the service to him was shite or that he had atleast 4-5 bolton players marking him they will always blame Owen. TBH RB shouldnt be a priority, Carr is acceptable back up till the summer. We need creativity and pace.

Carrick wouldnt be as impossible as some people think, he would of grown up in the KK days and im sure his family are Newcastle supporters. Manu have a big midfield so if a decent bid came in for Carrick i think he would atleast think about it. Personally i would love to see him here

Good point, for the past 6-8 months SA has been drilling into the players to play his way so its gonna take longer than 3 days for KK to get them playing his way.

Tbh im not expect much to happen in this transfer window, id be happy with 2 new players but in the Summer im hoping for a total over haul. I dont mind if we have to sell some players on the cheap as long as they are replaced.

Carr and Enrique were decent as well.

I was impressed with Enrique again today, i think he will turn out to be a very good buy and in months to come i think it will be 1 of the few positives to come from SA reign. Enrique looks like he has everything needed to be a decent LB in the premiership

We are desperate for pace aswell, Pace on the wings, midfield and up front. Few times today we could of hit them on the break but we just didnt have the pace.

Bolton = Anti-football, Thats has to be the most Negative team to come to SJP in a very long time. Atleast the like of Wigan and Derby came to have a good go. After that performance i hope to god Bolton go down.

This has to be the most negative side to come to SJP in a long time, since the 1st half they have been time wasting and have 11 men in their own half for most of the match. Ive dont dislike Bolton but after this game i think they deserve to go down purely because of the anti football they play.
