  1. I think the ref has believed it's ball to hand somehow. No way he missed the whole incident. Ball to hand with a hand raised in such an unnatutal position? Surely not...
  2. I'm struggling to understand how all the officials missed that hand ball... Edit: what afar said
  3. Give over man. As a partnership they offer absolutely nothing going forward or protecting the back four. It's like playing with nine outfield players. They aren't playing as a partnership though. They're not hand holding in the centre, agreed. Anita is a bit further forward and in right midfield. I would say Colback is in Anita's natural position really and both offer nothing where they are being played. In fact, the entire midfield isn't really working, and I don't think it's a coincidence with both of them in it considering we saw it most of last season.

  5. The Colback Anita partnership practically sent us down last season. I always felt and was hoping to be proved right that they were Championship standard, but looks like they're not even that.
  6. So erm for those of us who haven't been paying attention this summer (like me), how has our pre-season and transfer dealings been? Are we ready to mount a serious promotion challenge?
  7. Strong sense of deja vu. I literally don't know who half of our team are, but howay the lads!
  8. Shame. He's obviously a good level above the Championship, so he was always going to be one of the most likely players to leave. Good luck to him. The fact he's gone to Palace is neither here nor there for me, but surely bigger clubs would have perhaps been interested? The thing I've never understood from a NUFC perspective is he was presumably signed to play left wing, yet I don't think he ever played there for us in the end.
