A couple pubs here in Toronto have had Setanta for a while as well. The best of the bunch has a multifloor viewing of all the matches, but there's a fuckin' Bin Dippers and Yids supporters club on either floor! The two worst set of fans to have to sit with. I'd rather stream the matches at home. Although, beating 'Pool last year was amazing as most of the plastic cunts were close to tears when my bro and I were giving them an earful. In the Zoggy thread, AS9 brought up the fact that a player should "play for the shirt". Out of our entire squad, who do you think, honestly "plays for the shirt"? Given, Solano, Taylor, Harper, Milner, Ameobi, and Ramage are definite shirt lovers. The flipside is, who's not in it to wear the shirt and merely collect a wedge? (Not that there's anything wrong with that) Martins, Owen, Zoggy, Dyer, Carr, Bab's? Is there more?

Don't know how you can be quick to dismiss N'Zogbia whilst being happy having Duff as first-choice left-winger. Because a fully fit Duff is one of the best wingers in this league and is a proven performer, N'Zogbia is yet to play a full season for one reason or another in the prem. Potential is all well and good, but Duff has proven Champions League class. Sure he has performed well at times, but he is so overrated by sum fans its untrue. Would seem to me also that N'Zogbia is one of the players Butt was talking about at the end of last season saying they were'nt that bothered in playing for the club, get rid and get some one in who does. I'd be the same way if I had to play for Roeder. You play for the shirt. If I was manager and you had that attitude I would take you to one side in the dressing room and bonk your face off in front of the entire squad to send out a stark message to the players. Which Glen obviously didn't do.
