Fantastic, that. When Isak and Tonali missed those big chances I was worried we'd be in for a very uncomfortable second half. As it happened, there was a hairy spell where we rode our luck (only a bit), but that was that. As easy as the game on paper suggested beforehand. Bruno motm followed by Hall but ultimately just a very dogged team performance.

Just another brilliant day following this guy's NUFC.

I adore Bruno Guimaraes. He has been magnificent these last few games.

Been fuck all stoppages so we'll look forward to the 7 mins

I get the clamour for fresh legs but we have had it under control tbf. Time is right now.

Sick of the offsides like

Hanging on atm

Hopefully Ange being so obviously out of his depth and lucky to be in the job keeps him grateful and obedient with Levy. Should keep him stinking up the place for a bit longer. It's great seeing Spurs so overtly rudderless.

It will be incredible if Forest manage to sustain this CL push, like.

Agree on Willock. Feel he just ain't ever gonna be that lethal attacking mid who spends every game leaving defenders in the dust. There's some transfer funds to be had there.

Pretty sure that was just Miggy (Yes I think so)
-
Can recall him being absolutely outstanding when we faced them in the San Siro.

Butt and Smith are two of the worst in my lifetime, without question. Butt had a mild redemption for a year or so but would've struggled to get into the Craggy Island team by the time he left. Smith - I was thinking about this the other day - I'm sure we used to debate on here that his contract must have demanded he play no matter what. Keegan persisting with him at CF for weeks defied belief.

Still hoping for a Europa adventure. Especially now the CL losers don't enter.

Well put. Brighton dropping yet more points - things you love to see.

It would be obscenely draconian to scrub it off even without the deflection but as you say, the deflection makes it an outright error from the VAR. Fucking shite. Bin off the farcical offside application and we've got five at Ipswich n'all.

I instantly thought it was a red and my view hasn't changed at any point; but if you want any further evidence of the intent then just look at his reaction as he's being dragged towards the tunnel. It was pure petulance and embarrassment as opposed to the dismay you see from players who genuinely feel they've been hard done by. I couldn't believe the analysis on MotD tbh. Those instances have always, always been a red card. It reminded me of Shelvey seeing red for walking on Alli's foot in our first game back in the PL with Rafa.

The ones where they spend ages and ages and ages just to not make a decision - thus confirming that the officials are competent enough in the first place - are where its undue imposition is really rammed home. Adds fuck all but a delay and chipping away at the glorious spontaneity of the game.
