It's all about needing to get the better players, and make no mistake about it, they will go to who pays them the most and convinces them they have the most ambition, these 2 points being linked as part of the bigger picture. Since when did having the best players guarantee you success? We can see that isn't the case with the clubs who are currently hovering around the 6th place position.

Why would he be brought through slowly? He's got a significant amount of Premiership experience already. I wouldn't say he has a significant amount of Premiership experience, 18 games ... Consider the experience of the likes of Faye, Geremi or Butt. He could play at RB whilst Beye is away but playing there pissed him off at Arsenal. He knows what it's all about, he has played very well in Premiership games, Enrique hasn't.
