Chelsea could pay for him, but they're seemingly going for Falcao. Manchester United don't need him. Manchester City aim higher and are set as far as forwards go unless they offload Balotelli. Tottenham are way too financially strict and concious to go near his current demands. Liverpool are too racist to sign him AND Sturridge in the same window. Arsenal could be the only way out, if that doesn't materialise, he'll have to look abroad.

Pardew's got a cheek if that's true, considering the amount of time he broadcasts the guy's availability to the English press. Sounds like somebodys being pushed out.. Sounds like the mad bastards are trying to create competition for places. Borini is more of a central player though isn't he? Can see him being backup for Suarez more than anything. But yeah, they're building a good squad now. Just need to sort out their goalkeeper situation and have Gerrard retire and they can probably start moving again.

Benfica, Genk, Lyon or Hannover - all should be good places to go. Not sure about going into Russia, Romania, Ukraine or Poland with the violence, racism and anti-semitism that seems to be surrounding the football scene in those countries. Same goes for Lazio of course. Fenerbache is probably a fantastic experience, but parts of their fans seem mental as well.

We need a CB before a RB at the moment. £7m for Remy sounds like good deal, not any great risk there.

I bet we sell Ba on the 29th when QPR have already signed Remy and we end up getting Macheda on loan. Pardew showing his immense gratitude to SAF for lending him a player.

Honestly, signing Remy and Carroll within the next year would gives us a dynamic line-up if Ba was to go. I'd have Carroll as backup for both Cissé and Remy though, but going 4-3-3 with Remy on the right and Cissé in the middle or 2 up front with Carroll + Remy or Cissé sounds tasty. I reckon Pardew will keep going for Carroll until we get him.

This new Wigan signing, Roger Espinoza is the same turd that took out Ben Arfa when we were in the U.S last summer.

We also bought Beye after a summer of madness. It seems like it's never easy with them.

By then we'd already gone back to Sweden. Got my revenge a few months later though. But yes I can only vouch for what Benwell says here, check the date every day up until matchday

You should try Hamburg as well. Superb match day experience, brilliant stadium, some decent players as well as opposed to what you'll get from St Pauli. And like Benwell said, Schanzen Viertel is a really great part of the city. Hamburg in general is a great place.

Renato Augusto is fucking quality. Why hasn't he excelled in Europe? Was fantastic when I went to see Hamburg-Leverkusen about 2 years ago.

I think he wants to go. It's pretty obvious from those quotes. And if that's the case, we'd probably be better off without him.
