The hoofing is bad, boring, ineffective and disrespectful to a handful of players. If Pardew had plans for Cabaye here, then the football we are playing now is blatantly criminal. As for Ba, a players who looked to be able to link up well with our midfield during the early days of the season, he has been faced with the most ungreatful job in the Premiership. Really worried by the fact that Pardew does not see this, it's so obvious. We're inviting pressure on ALL the time by not keeping the ball, and it's actually better to start Shola than Cissé if we're going to keep doing it. Shocking football and really poor from Pardew.

Cabaye - what's his mission here? Tiote does all the work in midfield, his passing has been shite aswell -

Dunno if I'd recommend it but it'll defo be on in Sports Bar opposite the Town Hall. There's another pub further down on Headrow towards Burley Street that's a bit better, I used to go there when we were in the Championship. -

Really? He has looked a lot weaker than Ba to me. Doesn't win any headers and loses most 50-50s -

Unproportinally nervous about this. Probably the excitement a win would bring combined with the fact that we're going to see Hatem starting on what we believe to be some sort of form for the first time in a while. -

From a French journo's Twitter Julien Laurens @LaurensJulien Reply Retweeted Favorite · Open I have just been told that Hatem Ben Arfa is starting tonight for Newcastle at Arsenal ! Finally ! #afc #nufc :frantic: -
Just found his "love" again, if he starts I think he'll thrive tonight. Excited to see him, as usual.

Lol, what? did not see that coming! Weird as he played the other day. -
Against Marseille at the Velodrome when Speed was out? I remember him missing a header in the centre circle right before Drogba took the piss out of O'Brien and scored for them.

No "letting our hair down" again. Try to keep the ball and don't defend for 90 minutes, but we can't commit too many players going forward as they'll murder us if they get too much space (much like Spurs did). I'd really like to see 4-5-1 with Cissé dropped today. Guthrie and Cabaye in front of Tioté and Ben Arfa/Jonas on the wings. It will allow us to keep the ball and pass it around with quick wide players and Demba to hurt them behind their defence. I reckon Demba can beat Koscielny for strength and Benny can probably cause whoever they play at LB a lot of trouble. -
Lindegaard was looking good before the injury and De Gea, who they just paid seven metric fucktons for, has overcome his early season jitters. They'll be battling it out for the #1 next season. Tottenham with Freidel aging or Chelsea with Cech on the decline are my guesses. If he was to leave at all, which I don't think is even anywhere near certain. Aye probably more likely. I just think he's our most "rare" talent. Goalkeepers of his stature are hard to find and he's already proven himself in the Premiership.

I think the following will go: Simpson Forster Lövenkrands Krul Smith Xisco Ranger Best Perch Can't see many clubs going for Tioté for the price we'll demand. He is a beast, and I am his biggest fan, but I know plenty of people who don't support us who are under the impression that he is still picking up free kicks, bookings etc. and isn't good enough for a better team than us. Teams that I can see going for him are Chelsea or Milan. I think there will be a mega bid for Krul and he will be forced to leave. Maybe Manchester United.
-
He's only proved himself in Holland though. Great prospect but I don't think we would get value for money as he belongs to City.

Nah. Sex Panther, it's illegal in nine countries.

What a game, what a performance from Bilbao. I am stunned here, always loved Bielsas mentality, sort of a dream coach to have at Newcastle. That was belting, Muniain best player on the pitch.
-
Smalling looks deeply religious in that head cover.
-
Grown into his game at Arsenal now. So quick and assured, excellent defender.
-
Ibrahimovic and van Bommel the only ones who haven't bottled it tonight for Milan. Awesome game this.
-
Three nutmegs is just taking the piss Excited for him the rest of the season now, I'd like to think this was the making of him here.

Miroslav Stoch scored one of the most ridiculuous goals I've ever seen for Fenerbache this weekend, google it. Also, Jose Paolo Guerrero commited the most laughable tackle of this season in HSV's 0-4 loss to Stuttgart. Comical in its stupidity.
