The squad depth/morale arguments are sound, IMO. When it comes to morale, ultimately EH has to judge whether moving on x player is going to spoil the vibez. The moral argument doesn't stand up, however, if it's a good deal for the club then move them on. There's going to be a lot of that, I expect, because EH gets players over-performing and they'll be more likely to attract interest.

Sorry, what am I missing? What’s happening here that’s ‘bad for the game’ that hasn’t been happening forever? Football is capitalism.

I think some people get very rigid when considering new signings, reducing the discussion to ‘who would he replace in the first 11’ isn’t really the point. The more pertinent question when building a squad, IMO, is ‘do we have anyone else like him?’ I don’t think we do.

What is the equipment needed to broadcast a game which necessitates multiple artics worth of gear being loaded inside the stadium? A mobile broadcast rig is just a self contained truck with cable running in to it from outside. Everything inside the stadium is small enough to manage easily.

No. Getting there is fine. It’s not a good place to hold, move, park trucks.

No-one has said it’s an insurmountable problem man, that would be mental considering what happened over the weekend. It’s just a pain in the arse to set up and significantly worse than other similar venues. What’s wrong with you people?
