Sooo. Based on the discussions in here I take it this long-awaited report truly clears everything up.

Am I right in assuming that this report that's due to be released, the PL will be considered a 'third party' so shouldn't have access for another 30 days? So even if they do nab a copy via Bein or wherever, they can't really make it obvious that they're taking it in to consideration for another month?
