I bet the fan said something nasty about Jose's beloved pooch. http://roverchris405.files.wordpress.com/2007/05/_42946499_cup9.jpg

If we go down I'll be supporting the Toon via the medium of a proxy team called Heart of Midlothian FC.

Tesco Value St. James Park? Sounds about right.

Why ? Because they're realistic ? Hope doesn't get points man. How many points have we thrown away in the last minute ? And we aren't scoring many. It all adds up to disaster. The disgusting messes being made at the likes of Blackburn and Bolton and the like will be hugely costly And if ever there was a modern version of "Lions led by Donkeys" its this lot Only it's DONKEYS led by Donkeys. I'd settle for staying up on goal difference. Just makes me chuckle how people pick this result of all results to start doom monging. I think it's more the combination of this (albeit somewhat inevitable result) with other results achieved by teams around us and the remaining fixtures...I think THAT's why people are doom monging/mongering so much more after tonight.

Sober and wearing a suit would be my guess. I prefer to imagining him unfurling a giant "COCKNEY MAGISTRATES OUT!" banner.

Good to see James talking out his arse there, getting communitarian magnanimity confused with self-aggrandising greed and self-interest. Once a crook, always a crook.
-
I was only playing.

Glad to see this thread's stayed nicely on track and in no way been hijacked by random fuckwits gibbering complete horseshit then.

Ameobi's not even good enough for Heart of Midlothian FC. That is how SHIT he is.

Brevity is the soul of wit.

NEVER!!! Hence why I said: EDIT: I should add that any "supporting" of another team would only be done on the basis of the wife (i.e. The Toon) never actually finding out...
-
That's totally to be expected though, mate.
-
You see, that for me is a very big part of it, for sure. But I'm also developing a liking for maroon.

I suppose it would be extremely cynical to think for even one second that he may have gone out of his way last week to get suspended for this match against his former employers... ...especially considering he was seen on Setanta getting all pally with former teammates outside the changing rooms in the run-up to the game...mouthing "see you after the match, mate"
-
At the end of the match I saw that bastard Ashley looking dismayed at our predicament and I was yelling abuse at the TV...until I realised the sheer pointlessness of it all. Why get so worked up about it? Why care? None of those overpaid clueless dumbfucks wearing the NUFC strip today seem to care. Why the fuck should we? As is it, there's bigger things to worry about - like the state of the economy and the overwhelming poverty we're all be enduring in the coming years. In that context, watching Newcastle's seemingly unstoppable demise rattling onwards in a Hellwards direction is nothing more than a minor irritation. Fuck 'em.

We're still an 8 in my eyes.
-
Playing like this will see us relegated to Division 1 in no time. Yes, I meant Division 1.
-
We're in deep trouble now. What we need is a newsflash that Joe's had a relapse...maybe then we'd get a goal?
-
The quality of football on show here would disgrace a Championship game. No word of a lie. Awful. Just awful.
-
Didn't Burley play for Bolton? Or am I being senile?
-
Atrocious in midfield.
-
Lovenkrap skies it. Shock.

Is this REALLY Premiership football? Or a bunch of amateurs masquerading as NUFC?
