It'll do the team a whole world of good to here the crowd reaction to this and to see what kind of reaction they can generate from the crowd when they turn it on.
-
And they've sold some key personnel too but all the same - we can only beat what's put in front of us.
-
Too right. That's more like it. We are Newcastle United.
-
And the rest...................
-
Offered nothing at all going forward.
-
What a fucking well worked goal.
-
Like a shitter Cheryl Cole more like. Even she would've scored that header.

Playing well, better team, missing a decent forward and Enrique has been the stand out player thus far.
-
I think his legs are gone.
-
If we had a Bellamy-esque player (i.e; little, aggressive and fast) we'd be out of sight by now here.
-
Aye, I can see that happening, not a bad guess Minhosa. Ashley said a long time back he'd be keen to bring in other investors to spread/share the risk. May well be what happens here now. Is one of things that made me think of it mate. The fact they are there today and looking pally etc only reinforces imho. It allows him to sit and wait for promotion and they can use the Moat money to invest in the first team. Sell it then.
-
The right side is complete gash. Ryan Taylor is garbage.
-
Here's my prediction; Ashely will sell a stake to Moat and they'll jointly own it, with Moat taking responsibility for the day to day running............all for a lesser fee than the £100m originally quoted. You heard it here first. Straight from the horses knackers.

He contrived to give the keeper a chance to save it.
-
Nolan was looking there thinking 'where the fucks our right back?'
-
Barton's been quiet.
-
Enrique is our best player. I'll be amazed if we can keep him.
-
I've gone for 3 different bets today; The First Cardiff & Ipswich win double The Second Man City Wolves Notts County Fulham Any 3 from those 4. The Third Chelsea, Sunderland Double.
-
Sorry Dave. Must've missed that one. Merge if you think best.
-
Amen to that.

That's the thing...........I always thought I'd miss the Premier League but watching the build up and looking at highlight of previous seasons it seems too gloosy, too measured and a bit plastic. I don't know whether that's the Sky effect or the players these days or even a new generation of football fans. All I know is, I am really looking forward to the season, the new opposition, the new grounds and the proper fans more than I have done for years, actually longer than I care to remember.

Our ownership saga aside (well, as aside as it can be) I'm really falling back in love with football this year. More so after seeing the build up to the premiership over the last few days. SSN making it out to be some sort of second coming for football fans across the world. Fuck that. Give me you're proper fans, proper old fashioned stadiums, your new away trips, your more sensible referee's, your proper tackles and your end to end entertainment. Thank god for Championship football - it's revived my love for the game. All we need now is a NUFC takeover and I'll be on cloud nine. Anyone else feel the same?

Tis good money for him, considering he's completely finished. That said, money in the bank is absolutely no good to us whatsoever, it's money on the pitch we need and none of these wanky loan signings either.

Stan Collymore joined the secret doggers society. George Michael likes this. Michael Barrymore is off for a cheeky dip. 10 mins ago Stuart Lubbocks family dislike this.
