From the bits I’ve watched of Thuram, he looks absolutely perfect for the PL and our style.

Isak, Bruno and Botman didn’t really take much time to adapt.

Edwards naming Kone and Thuram as possible targets, does say them taking time to adapt to English football is potentially putting us off.

The perfect time to move out a few of our players will be this summer. Interested so see what we do and how ruthless we will be.

If Tripps and Wilson are staying, I imagine we won’t be bringing anyone else in. Dreading that inevitable 2 game ban coming for Bruno.

Yeah I agree, I don’t think there would be the time or willingness from a selling club for us to get a top replacement in this window. With Barnes almost back (hopefully), I think the club would see that as enough cover up top to get us through to the summer. At this point I do think we have kind of written off the rest of the season mind.

Gordon was woods replacement though. Agree regarding Shelvey, although not as important to us as Wilson.

If we get a good offer for him, do people think we would sell without bringing in a replacement this month ?

Agree, I think he’s brilliant for us and would love to see him stay. However I also think we could quite comfortably replace him with a better player.

I wouldn’t have Joelinton on par with our biggest earners personally.
