  1. Comfortable in the end, but will need to play a lot better than that in the crunch 3 away games
  2. Huge goal, got to get better though to hang on to this.
  3. LLDLDDLDLLWLLL He's proved time and time again that he's a hopeless manager, yet people keep offering him jobs.
  4. Great win today for Brighton, gets them back on track and on top now, simply have to win on Monday.
  5. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/pantomime-villain-henri-lansbury-finally-12615456 Sounds like Jedinak is back for them, that could make them a lot tougher, not sure if he is the same as Shelvey is for us but clearly one of their better players.
  6. I've been a big fan of his since he came, cut him a lot of slack. But tbh he's not been good enough for what we need when he's been given the chance, too many misses.
  7. You've just got to admire what Brighton, Huddersfield and Reading have done this season, the pressure on us is immense, they've all had this uncanny ability of snatching victories from losing positions, this is one aspect, Norwich at home apart, we've not been able to do. Looking at the stats and highlights from last night, we should have won that game at a canter.
  8. We absolutely can not afford to slip up in the next two games.
  9. Not the worst result in the world but my god Huddersfield and now Reading really got us worried. Have a feeling that the top two though won't be the same as it is today come the end of the season, one of those two will catch and pass one of Brighton or ourselves.
  10. Anyone miss these two involved in the goal https://www.nufc.co.uk/nufc-tv/latest-videos/goal-of-the-day-ba-v-norwich

Looking at that fixture list can see them getting a point against Manchester, they usually do well when you least expect them, I think they'll beat Boro and could also get 3 points at home to Burnley. There is hope there for them, of course they'll escape they are past masters of it.
  12. I cancelled my Bein sports sub a few weeks back because we were never on and their coverage was rank, since then we've been on TV practically every fucking game. Murphy's law.
  13. They keep going on about how difficult a run away from home we have, yet totally disregard our amazing away record which is better than anyone in the league and better than our own home form. Reading their posts it's really all in their own hands because naturally they will continue the form they are in all the way through to the end of the season while we will drop points in this tough few games. OK lets see how this goes then.
  14. Don't agree with them doing well up here. It's got to be nearing 10 years since they last won here. And a negative result does not end their season, makes them in even more trouble, no way they will make the playoffs now, they need to hope they don't get dragged into another relegation scrap.

I can't decide which I want more a bottom three of Mackems, Palace and Boro or Mackems, Palace and Leicester. Either would be awesome, as long as we go up of course.

Could be some kind of record low points total to survive this year. Level points with games I think will always have you in trouble, this year that has you 5 points above the drop zone.19 points and they are still only one win away from 15th place, it's ridiculous.
  17. We missed Hayden a lot today, don't think it was any coincidence that we looked totally lacking in an attacking sense today with wor Jack in there.
  18. Villa are in more danger of another relegation than playoffs, got to say that would be delicious if it happened 7 points gap to 3rd bottom and they are losing virtually every week right now.

Strange how they can go from a fantastic result away from home last week to this, sign of a relegation team for sure but still fighting since no one else won down there, not a lot of harm done.
  21. Just a great signing, you really can't complain at the players Rafa bought, jury still out on Lazaar and Gamez has not gotten on the pitch enough but everyone of the others has made a significant contribution even Murphy who scored some vital goals for us in his little run of games. Clark, Ritchie and Gayle have been key components in our team for a combine fee of around what we got for Gini that's not bad business at all.
