At this point I really don't think it matters because barring a JFK type of appointment anyone reasonable would be able to save us with the players we have. We just need a change right now.

Just about to say that, for those that leave I would have zero resentment towards them,unlike the last time with Messrs Given, Bassong, duff and ilk. HBA, Cabaye, Krul et al are way too good to be playing the likes of scunthorpe united week in week out. Debuchy, Taylor, willo, perch, rTaylor, bigi, Harper, shola, the obvious ones will stay, Jonas too unless someone is stupid enough to buy him from us. We are stuck with him unfortunately I just can envisage a situation that would see Ashley sack him. He's not going to do it despite all our angst. To end our trophy drought, for me it's been a lifetime, I was one month old when the fairs cup was paraded around the city, I don't remember that day to vividly. It's criminal that a club with the support and tradition that we have, have had to wait so long and put up with so much in the mean time. I want to feel that joy of success we tasted during KKs time and to a lesser extent Bobby's time, but I want it to be capped with something physical to show for our efforts.
