  1. At least the answer is in the headline. The Chronicle would be like 'Newcastle Isak transfer truth emerges' or 'Newcastle's incredible transfer plans speaks volumes', with the article the sprinkled with typos. Unfortunately enough people must click on that shite.
  2. You'd think Youtube is fairly reflective of how popular the club is. Subscriber numbers are pretty reflective on the financial situation - Man U (10m), Arse (4.5m), Pool (10m), Chelsea (6m) and Spurs (4m) are light years in front. Then there's us, West Ham, Villa and Everton all floating around 700-800k.
  3. Also, the replacement for the original architect (who defected to another stadium project) is about to quit due to design culture differences, so third one in 18 months will be appointed in July. Or so I've heard...
  4. Probably best to target the Jan window now so we can bed in the new director... though Jan tends to be very poor value and difficult to get main targets, so maybe aim for strengthening summer 2026
  5. Villatalk is hilarious at the moment. Conspiracies abound. Apparently our owners have been influencing officials against them
  6. Looking forward to settling down for the Match Cam
  7. Assuming we can only afford to bring in 2 or 3 decent players, and that we'd finally won a fucking trophy, maybe next season we should accept playing a second string in at least one of the domestic cups? Otherwise risk our squad falling to bits again like 23/24 season.
  8. Righto, I'm grabbing a whisky, packet of roasted peanuts, and off to Villatalk.com

    Joe Willock

Diabolical when he should have stepped up
  10. Suppose we can take pleasure from the absolute anguish on the Villa forum with this result
