Everton seem to raise their game against us almost every time. Draw would be a decent result, but play like we have most of the season except City, we'll lose by a couple of goals.

Will still be December before he's training properly, and next Feb or so before he can play at a diminished level. He'll hopefully be back to normal next season.

A world class stadium on Leazes would be transformative for both the club and city. I've had enough with the nimbies and enemies of progress these past 15 years. Would be fantastic to stick it to them with such a scheme.
