Yeah, one of my mates supports Arsenal and was talking about £80 million. And I had to remind him of when they were all scoffing at the fact we paid £60 million. And so now, with how well he's done, anyone interested has to give us a significant profit. We're not selling him for a £20 million profit. The delusion out here is something else.

Part of sport has always been knowing how to work the referees. Hardly a surprise that berating them constantly might end up costing you at some point, as they will remember it, and on decisions that can go either way you will get shafted. Got to be far smarter than that.

Ah, yes. I believe you are correct Looks like he played 11 Prem games there with 4 goals and an assist, according to the page I shared.

Yeah, I would say one of the main improvements has been in our build up play and possession. Joelinton can sometimes get caught on the ball in the centre and be a bit loose with his passing amidst the congestion in there. Willock is much tighter in those spaces having coming through at Arsenal and being used to that more intricate play. Roaming from out wide Joelinton ends up facing play more often, and can also afford more time on the ball as he has more space.

At the back end of the season we qualified for the Champions League he played a lot on the left and he ended up scoring 6 goals and assisting 2 from that position in 15 appearances there in the Premier League. https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/joelinton/leistungsdaten/spieler/333241/plus/0?saison=2022

Now we've pushed Joelinton further forward and we are actually playing someone with more ability on the right the team just functions far better. I think once Tonali comes back into the team after these adjustments, he is going to look far more effective.

I genuinely don't see how we can move him back in there. He's so much more dangerous roaming from those wide positions. We're really going to have to figure this thing out, because it will have an effect on what we do in the market as a priority. Needs a run on that right side to see if it's a viable longer term role.

It's a stinker for Spurs, especially at home, however anytime I watch Ipswich they look pretty decent. Wasn't completely shocked at the result.

Ruud has done so well as interim. Would be so typical if Amorim comes in and proceeds to struggle. Here's hoping

The tactical tweaks have been on point and the team looks night and day different from how we looked early on this season. So much more balanced and threatening. Just keep praying the off the field stuff has all settled down and common ground has been found. It's the only thing that can hold us back going forward.

He's just so intelligent in his play. He tucks in and finds spaces and makes things easier for everyone around him. Ends up giving us an extra man centrally at times, but getting wide at the right times too. Played off of Tino's overlapping runs well too, and even played in Isak at times. Too good.

The legend continues to grow. But of course he goes wide right and just makes it work, and pings one in with his left. Absolutely outrageous.
