That is bloody hilarious man
Ridiculous sub IMO. Cold off the bench to take a pen straight away. Urgh.
-
Subbed on Noble to take the pen? Yikes.
-
Fantastic strike.
-
Should have signed him
-
Zouma has been incredible this game. What a signing.
-
Brighton are scoring goals this season it seems. Yikes!

Sure he wouldn’t, marital is an abhorrent run of form lol. What do you mean so called. Two goals were literally spilled to his feet. Would Lukaka make those runs? Yeah. Ings? Yeah. Wilson, yeah.
Hey man, we'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. Think the guy looks incredibly sharp. I'm happy to leave it at that. We'll see how he continues to get on I guess.

Well that’s not the argument is it though? I know he has and that’s great. I’m saying 3 of them clear keeper errors. Whether you want to believe that is up to you but it’s objectively true. Doubt our keeper will
get another game for us, so yeah.
I think a far post run in a second phase of play is hardly some ground breaking movement.
Think his timing has been great. Doing a great job of staying onside on his runs.

A lot of players do score tap ins. There’s nothing crazy about that movement, you see every striker make that run. There is nothing exceptional about that run. It’s a good pass but I’d expect a PL striker to make that run.
The fact is the keeper spilled it at his feet. I’m not sure how that’s arguable really. You could make a pretty good case that all three goals he’s got in the PL should have been saved.
Come on man
I'll keep this as simple as possible and relevant to the team he's in. I know for certain Martial would have not been in the positions he's getting all these so called tap ins from.
Think his quickness off the mark and sharpness is getting him in great spots. He's making some fantastic runs. Could have easily had another two that half.

This is it. If he scores 50 goals a year I doubt he cares they're all tap ins.
Why doesnt every player score tap ins? Because they don't have his movement and positioning.
This man started off as a winger. His movement when playing upfront shouldn't be so good.
-
This man Ronaldo is something else ... the movement to get the first shot off is exceptional.
I'm actually more impressed by the tap ins. His movement upfront is nuts.

Don't think Levy entertained the idea of selling him
Ah, okay. Fair enough.
Surprised they didn't have an alternative option with Aguero leaving.
-
Norwich are certainly going to be in the bottom three with us when all is said and done. Weird thing is, I still feel like they would play us off the park

I don't think they passed on him, Levy didn't want to sell
Sure they could have paid what they wanted, no? Or has it since come out that he wasn't for sale, as I haven't kept up with that.
-
Guess they are just going to keep playing until Man City score then?
-
Man City not bringing in a striker might prove to be a really bad move for them. Serves them right for putting Kane in such a tough spot all summer and then passing on him.
-
Rondon starts for Everton. Bet he scores today.

Genuinely cannot have anything nice. Rafa have a match tonight? Might as well pile that on too.
Oh God ... forgot Rafa was on later. Just to ruin my evening. Perfect

Toney and Armstrong doing well today. Even when we're not playing we're reminded of our incompetence.

He would’ve been wasted here had he stayed. Probably would’ve kept being sent out on loan, never getting the chance to settle and play. Instead he was given the chance to play every week at Peterborough before moving to a terrific setup at Brentford.Rather than the transfer itself, the issue is that we’re fucking shite at developing young players.
edit: this isn’t a defense of our transfer policy, mind.
Yeah, really admirable how both he and Armstrong made something of themselves the hard way.

Cannot believe this has finished 2-0 when I’ve got Over 2.5 The amount of wasted chances ffs.
Oh man ... after watching them miss so many chances against Man United I went with under 3.5 for this game myself. Hopefully someone gets one more and we both win.

I get what you’re saying but I think he has bad fundamentals, I don’t think he has the ability to beat players without that blistering pace .
Yeah, I agree when his pace goes altogether he's toast, but in the intermediate when it drops a bit he'll still have a decent amount to beat people, but it won't be as much as a hinderance on his crossing ability as it currently is.
It's like someone needs to explain to Traore that his running speed is already going to end up generating a ton of pace on his crosses, and so he doesn't need to put hardly anything on his connection with the ball. He constantly overhits the crosses because he whacks the ball way too hard for the speed he's already moving at.

Once traore loses his pace, he’s so done.
Ironically, I think it might be good for him when he begins to slow down a bit. I think he really struggles to control his crosses when he's going full pelt. And he's always going full pelt. Doesn't do a very good job of slowing himself down a tad at the right times.
It's such a shame because he could be so incredibly good if he just had a better idea of when to turn on the jets and when to change speeds and slow down.

Fantastic footballer technically, but severely lacking in mobility and athleticism, unfortunately.
