Elanga had 5 goals and 9 assists in the Prem last season. He was only 21 years old. And that Forest team wasn't as good as it's been this season.
-
That Acheampong kid playing ahead of Tosin even in the Prem now is wild. And now Chalobah is coming back into the mix too. Can't believe how quickly it's gone awry for Tosin over there.
-
Yeah, maybe. I guess we'll see, but he seems well below his previous level, and hasn't showed the same sort of aggression. It's weird.
-
The guy hasn't looked right. Might be that the injuries have affected him significantly and he's not quite up to it anymore, for what was expected anyway.
-
The fact Mourinho is pushing for it might be significant. However their record signing is around £15 million. Not sure what we're asking for, but sounds like it might be more than that.

Some key bits from the article ... Fenerbahce manager, José Mourinho, has had a bid for Newcastle United defender Lloyd Kelly rejected by the Premier League club. Mourinho is understood to have been the main driving force behind the interest in Kelly as he faced the player several times during his time as a manager with Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur. ------------------------------------------- Telegraph Sport understands that Newcastle were willing to listen to Fenerbahce’s proposal as Kelly is behind both Dan Burn and a fit again Sven Botman in the pecking order for the left-sided centre-back role, but the opening offer was considerably below their valuation of the player. As things stand, talks have not progressed and the Turkish club would have to significantly raise their offer for the 26-year-old if they are going to resume.

He also joined us off the back of an injury at Bournemouth. And I think he has looked way off the levels he showed there which has been quite alarming. It was a hip injury and I don't know if it's had lingering effects, but he doesn't look as dynamic or explosive as I remember.
-
Sels man ... How long was he at Newcastle again? Can't remember how much of a chance he got. Been so good this season.
-
Could easily be talk about how he was a flop in England and not good enough. Such tight margins man.
-
It's crazy because he had such a rough start. At one point they were saying he was within another loss of getting the sack.
-
Draw is decent for Chelsea Vs Bournemouth. Bournemouth are in and around things as well. If we can get 3 points tomorrow we are in great shape.
-
Uncanny how good Jota is in the air.
-
YES!!! BRENTFORD!!!
-
Forest at it again Brilliant assist from 'not good enough' Elanga.
-
Happy for Potter man. The slander he was getting from Chelsea fans with that whole debacle was silly.
-
Mourinho still at Fener?
-
Arsenal man ... my goodness
-
Oh boy ... Villa will get big money for him from PSG I imagine. Would allow them a lot more room to manoeuvre and build.
-
West Ham are completely insane! All the injuries upfront and they are looking at one of the most injury prone strikers in the league
-
When he joined Rafa played him on the left and he was so much more dangerous running at players. He's just not as comfortable doing it on the right at all. On the left he was far more comfortable going at players on the outside, on his stronger foot, and he was so rapid he could beat them for pace. And then deliver the ball or shoot without having to check back all the time.
-
I remember that
-
Not a bad comparison in how he runs with the ball actually I've noticed a few say he is clumsy or doesn't look in control of the ball. It's really just his gait and how he runs I think. He is so gangly! He actually seems to have good technique and is very confident on the ball. Looks dangerous taking on players.
-
Yeah, the talk was that his side was open to it. However, there was talk of a release clause being added. We'll need to be smart about the valuation we agree to for that.
-
I'm throwing Barca in there too because they will somehow pull off some dodgy manoeuvre to pull the money out of thin air. Honestly, the only PL club I think is crazy enough to put the money down is Chelsea. They came sniffing around in the summer, during our PSR issues, but were not happy with the £120 million valuation. But even they are being very strict about their wages now, and have have introduced a wage cap apparently, which is why they didn't sign Osimhen. They were only willing to pay him £175k a week I think it was. If we qualify for the Champions League it's going to be interesting to see how this plays out. I do agree if he doesn't sign, but we keep him, we'll have to sell in summer 2026. When that time comes I think it will be abroad to one of those you mentioned or Barca.
