Everton are sitting deep and are making it very difficult to break them down. Think the team has been okay to be honest. Got caught with a decent set piece and then just after the equalizer and the team looking like they may start building towards something, Pope has made a disastrous error straight away and heads seemed to drop a bit afterwards.

Could see the club go for Kevin Schade if Gordon ends up leaving. Similar positional versatility and pressing ability. He'll be going into the final two years of his contract this summer, and there were links in January.

He extended in October of 2024. It's a bit weird because it doesn't appear to be clear when that runs till. I've just checked and have seen reports of it running till 2028, 2029 and 2030, so no idea really.
