Ummm ... that's not a laughing smiley.

Fati Terhim met with Wenger and was asking if he'd be able to get Welbeck from Arsenal.
Wenger has apparently said he'd be available for €15m and perhaps even on loan initially.
Good deal IMO.

For what it's worth, SSN are saying Real Madrid have approached Pochettino.
Well this makes me nervous ... Levy will be sniffing around Rafa as a replacement you'd think.
-
I mean ... isn't that what Champions League final Liverpool just spent on Fabinho?!
Then people complain when English players aren't bought more and given opportunites.
If they haven't come through at your club they're virtually impossible to get a hold of, even when they are in the Championship.

It's funny because when people were suggesting him I was thinking there is no way they don't throw a ludicrous price tag on him
Let them keep him and continue to languish in the lower leagues. Jokers.

Kenedy and Fist u on the wings would be alright with Ritchie and Murphy as backup. If they were for free and Toon fans.
What on earth ...

Reckon any chance of Wenger going to Real?
This is what I'm thinking tbh.
Think his laid back demeanour suits the big stars they tend to bring in.

Got my heart set on this Sisto chap after some utubing. Hopefully has a quiet WC for Daneland.
Anybody trying to buy the guy had better get it done before the world cup unless they've got a spare £15 million between the sofa cushions to add to the fee.
He looks very talented and is so young and still on a long contract.

Yeah, just watched his season highlights.
Looks very very impressive. Very intelligent use of the ball. Great passer and crosser cutting in from the left.

For what it's worth I admire your passion HTT
Ever considered being a writer at all?

HTT man
That has to be the record for longest post right there. My goodness!

We are 100% after King, fwiw. At a price we really shouldn't be.
Interesting. What kind of price is being quoted?
£22m. Bournemouth want more. Suspect that is what this recent press is all about.
Crikey!
£20m is about what I would have expected them to accept.
That's really unfortunate and silly from their perspective.
I imagine £22m could get us a really good striker from abroad.

Merino was so excellent when he first came in and he played his part in what was a great season.
Diame's resurgence and partnership with Shelvey then developed into something special and so Merino had to take a bit of a backseat, which was good for him, as he was struggling with what appeared to be a pretty bad back injury.
Ultimately it was an outstanding deal getting him signed permanently for what we did, and if he stays it's brilliant, and if not we will get at least 3 times what we paid.
As long as Rafa stays I genuinely have no concerns over who comes and goes. The man is a genius.

He's quite obviously better than Gayle, like. 8 PL goals last season and 16 the season before that. Gayle can only dream.
And he has never played as a striker consistently too.
Think he has much more potential as a goal scorer.
Only just turned 26 earlier this year so a reall good age with a good amount of experience already also.

Marco Silva expected to be announced as the new Everton boss by the end of the week.
Happy for him. Think he'll do ver well. Watford should have let him speak to them last season.
-
Could Rafa not have agreed in principle but wants to wait to see if transfers come in early first?
-
Apparently the jersey has broken pre-order records

SEMTEX you are the man! That's hilarious dude
Ameobi for goodness sake

Nigeria's shirt is something you wanted to wear at rave parties during 90's
We went for a very funky look this year, but I love it
The other shirt is all green, which is quite sharp, but the tracksuits and training tops are funky too. Check them out.

The injury risk would be the only thing that makes me nervous really. It would be an absolute sickener if he got a bad injury, and the interest dried up.
Only because we all know that would be a good enough excuse for Ashley to restrict a player coming in. Most likely a striker, which would be infuriating.

Traore was not a Barcelona player in a million years. Just not technically savvy and sharp enough.
However, I think he has the ability to be an incredibly explosive prem league player. He's played for absolute garbage managers since he came over and so not surprised he hasn't really been utilised that effectively yet.
I would be very intrigued to see what Rafa could get out of him with a bit of guidance and instruction. I love the fact he's Spanish too, as that would help Rafa get his points across to him much easier.

Do you think Fulham still want him if he gets an injury that will keep him out till a month or so into the season?
Just interested to see what people think. Any examples of that in the past. Someone getting hurt in the world cup and still bought over the summer.
