Dyer had far more natural talent than Nolan, he just never made the best of it for a variety of reasons - some of them his own fault. Nolan wasn't blessed with much talent with the ball at his feet, but his positional awareness, Coloccini-like robustness and leadership abilities have got him where he is. He's also developed over time into one of the best finishers in the league.

Ideally he won't even be in the starting Xl next season.

Becchio would make an excellent squad player. Great attitiude, runs his bollocks off and has real quality with his feet and head.

Snodgrass isn't really a 'winger' as such. He's a creative force who likes to drift. Top player who'd do a good job at PL level. I've been wanting us to sign him and Becchio for years now.
