Somebody surely knows who i'm on about here: Gallowgate, central, row KK. These twins (probably 40's now, longish brown hair, alcoholic complexions, one with a tash) used to sit just behind me in the Gallowgate, right from the introduction of seating in 94 to roughly about 2001 - another couple suddenly had their tickets and said they'd bought them from the club. Anyway they used to loudly sing alternating chants at random times during the match, sounded like 'wahey lads' but christ knows what it was. I saw one of them walking out of the game for the first time in 8 years after the Doncaster match, the twin absolutely nowhere to be seen (and these guys might aswell have been siamese, never apart). He was alone and had a definite sadness about him, he was the biggest and most upbeat loudmouth i've ever experienced in 17 years going to SJP but on this occassion he seemed meek and forlorn. I'm convinved the twin is dead.

Looks like Coloccini will play for Argentina against Spain this weekend, hope he doesn't come back injured.
-
Southampton vs Charlton is more a lot more entertaining than Bolivia - Brazil.
-
Colo had a real aggressive streak in his game for Deportivo and for whatever reason we saw absolutely none of that last season.
-
I've always loved Enrique because he always had the talent and right attitude. But the fact is, he looked a good defender in waiting in his first season and didn't make a brilliant start to 08-09 either. Keegan had no faith in him whatsoever and he didn't look completely reliable to me until the back end of last season. Taylor's starting to play with more intelligence and I have faith in him to at least perform adequately at CB. In an ideal world he'd make the RB position his own and we'd bring in anther CB to play with Colo, can't see it though.
-
Taylor, Coloccini and Enrique are premiership defenders imo. Enrique took 2 years to adapt and Coloccini is almost there. Taylor is an average defender but won me over in the last quarter of the last season leaving the only question mark next to the RB spot.
-
Aye, he's not far from me in the Gallowgate lower 2nd tier, sounds like he's shouting it through his nose.
-
Kerlon is still at Inter, on loan at Ajax.
-
Wears glasses, if so yes. Forgot to even specify the gallowgate.

Anyone see Elvis? Sit pretty much dead central (from the pitch, sits just to the left off the access) on row JJ.
-
Campbell's an arsehole, he wont be coming here to mentor anyone or sit on the bench. He'll also likely cost us the chance of bringing in someone with a future as a result of his massive wage demands. The one benefit I could see is that it would allow S Taylor to play in his best position at RB, but the Taylor - Coloccini central partnership has looked quite promising and we need to start building with the future in mind. The defence imo is the one part of the team that is fit for the premiership, do we really want to jeopordize that?

We've brought in old, former england internationals before and it got us relegated.
-
Carragher will last 2 minutes as a manager.
-
Late for training again Nile?
-
As good as anyone? Youngish and english.
-
He wouldn't get 10 Premier League goals. I said 'perhaps' and how would you know?
-
Beckford's a decent lad. The only reason i wouldn't go for him is because he isn't true premiership quality. He'd get perhaps 10 goals a season in the prem but wouldn't pose a conistent attacking threat.
-
Reminded of Keegan's horrific red blazer.
-
Beckford wants out of Elland Road like, whenever i've been the fans have given him a dog's abuse for being lazy and not chasing the ball.
-
Fair enough. Van Persie is the more effective player by a mile though.
-
Still not a true number 9 though. Different position, different argument although id say the same about Rooney. Completely irrelevant. He said 'more effective'.
-
Biased as fuck man KD, embarrassing. Van Persie has been amazing for Arsenal this season.
-
Add Van Persie into the equation and I'd probably agree with you and Craig Fagan.
