To be fair, most people on here at least seem to recognise Taylor is fairly s***, apart from Northern Monkey who is a psycho. A lot of us were annoyed that Faye was allowed to leave as well but that's history now. And Kaka was one of the biggest Ashleyites professing what a great job was done this summer with the transfer window. Even started a thread about how much he still loved the man. Yet this is the squad his much vaunted system has left us with. And btw for perspective, Collocini has been no better than Taylor over the last few games, they've both been absolutely horrendous. I disagree, Coloccini to be fair seems to have the basics right, he just needs to fine tune his game to the english style which will take a while Taylor has managed to play 4 games out of 6 now without slightly resembling a premiership defender, despite this being his 6th season in the first team. Absolutely shocking

people are forgetting that Bassong is younger and already better than Taylor
-
just read this sick shit on another site, hope it's all bollocks
-
Keane tries too hard with the tough guy act, it's bordering on pathetic to be honest
-
shit against Bolton shit against Arsenal shit against West Ham shit against Spurs 4 games out of 6 man, you have to wonder when people are just gonna hold their hands up and admit that he's the future of fuck all, certainly not nufc
-
Butt was his usual pathetic self
-
credit to Bassong, pretty impressed with him, asserts himself like he's an established first teamer
-
Bramble ocassionally looked like a footballer though
-
way way out of his depth, fucking joke of a defender
-
Taylor makes mistakes in every fucking game man open your eyes

Keane comes across a very insecure person. Always trying to seem brutally honest and outspoken to the point it's just daft

without fail. Yet some fools on here would still rather put his development before the team Hilarious how this and other similar myths continue getting churned out every time Taylor is mentioned. Who the f*** does, honestly? The same as when people "excuse Taylor cos he's a Geordie", that's utter toss n'all. He gets slated on here more than many other players in our squad. York a lot of people on here (and especially at the game) are happy for him to be in the team, it's nowt short of madness. How many times does he want to let us down Everything you post on here is exaggerated horribly. You have said you think Cacapa is 5 times the player Taylor is and Ronaldo (obese crock legend one) would still be 10 times better than Viduka. Get some f***ing perspective. I also admitted both were exaggerations so I dont know what your point is. Ronaldo would be comfortably better than Viduka. An overweight Ronaldo still scores goals when you give him the ball, Viduka only does it against the lesser defences

maybe? Coloccini turned his back, but the ball was already in the net just about. They can never be a great defensive duo when one of them is s**** and hasn't improved since he was 19 good before West Ham? so you're forgetting the fact that Taylor was shocking against Arsenal and Bolton

that has to be the most confusing post i've ever read
-
what career? he's absolute shite
-
Carroll is such a twat
-
so why are they both here? neither are going to amount to fuck all as footballers
-
I don't think the lad is anything special but Taylor gets way too much stick imo. The "if he wasn't a Geordie" thing doesn't really wash considering we have got rid of Geordies in the past and at least tried to recently who weren't good enough. Taylor's a complete liability man. Already we've had 3 games this season where he's looked utterly out of his depth the "if he wasn't a geordie" does apply tbh. Same for Shola, if they were named Lopez and Garcia they would have been out the door by now without doubt

did well under the circumcises today, lots of effort, good goal

harsh on Gazza, who at least gets recognition as a footballer when he's pissed and attacking people
